Dweia is a great poster. His/her gets the vote from me.
I say Dave. His posts in the KH section are very powerful and a great contribution to that forum 
I wanna go with both Stang and Tyler...
I'm gonna go with Stang. He's also to be found to put in an encouraging word in the Temple Of The Ancients, and most of his advices seem like they come from his heart. He always tries to place himself in that person's position, and that isn't always easy to pull off.

Jesse hands down. I didn't even notice his posts until he spoke of politics, even if most of his stuff is based of statistical information, he makes solid points. I love seeing folks go.. Uhh uhhh.. after his responses. Makes me giggle, he's a smart mofo.
Argor. I always get the sense that he puts thought into his posts, and they usually come out great.

Argor always puts a lot of effort and detail into his post and I enjoy reading what he has to say.

Though his posts go into tl;dr mode at times, you can tell he's put a lot of thought and effort into them to make the posts on-topic and insightful.
