Of course I searched and didn't see anything however if any of you feel it should be elsewhere/similar topic do what you do I just would like to apologize a head of time if that's the case.
Random question yes however, I was thinking of this because I remember a time when I was younger when I was rushed to the Emergency Room due to dehydration.(random thought) It was scary really though at the time because I could've easily avoided it if I were to drink more water. We all know that water is the main source of our body like 70% or something and if you don't drink enough water in a certain amount of days you can die. I guess I have two questions for all of you: Do you actually drink your daily amount of water? and the second one is have you ever had an experience with dehydration?
I've gotten a lot better with my water. I hate the feeling of being thirsty and water quenches my thirst so I tend to drink water for the most part more then juice soda/ etc. I bring a water bottle to work everyday and sip on that some throughout the day.
The time I was dehydrated was when I was like sevenish and I remember going to the park on a really like blazing hot day. My head was like throbbing I was like "
" wtf is going on? Then I started to feel dizzy and light-headed. It was scary to me because at the time I had no clue what was going on you know? I eventually passedout or something and was rushed to the E.R. horrible horrible. 
So what about you guys?? Did something like this happen to you?

I'm a sucker for juices though. Multifruit, and orange juice, prefered. <3
