Unless you have been shut off from the internet or something, you will know that FFX is getting a PS3 and a Vita remastering for its 10th anniversary. Notice the word "remastering", not "remake", hence no one should have been using the announcement to complain about FFVII not getting a remake when FFX is.
Anyhoo, let's say the same were to happen to FFXII, and that this game will get a future remastering just like its predecessor. Would you want to see one? Would you buy it and play through this game again? Or would you avoid it like the plague, swearing to yourself that this rancid excuse for an MMO game without the multiplayer-ness must be burnt once and for all with the fury of a 1000 suns? If you do wish to see this game remastered, what would you expect from it?
I for one, would want the most obvious thing: firstly, the Zodiac Job System extra content that Japan had received with their International version that we never saw. From what I have heard, the inclusion of its features are a significant improvement to many of the game's existing gameplay features, with things like personalised License Boards for everyone, controllable guest characters and even new content - like fighting all Judge Magisters at once. I'm sure including this would be wholly possible, just as I don't see why the NTSC version of the FFX remastering can't have the features that Japan and Europe both exclusively had.
