so i put off seeing Warrior for a couple of years
i kind of feel like i should regret it, but the timing was good, it worked out and i really enjoyed it. i think it is really the first time that i have enjoyed a film that much in years. i don't feel like saying why it was great, it just was.
i see a lot of people saying it is a guy and girl kind of movie in their reviews, but i am not so sure. but it was good. anyone who says it wasn't good is full of shit. that's how good it is, it's so good that i can make a sweeping generalization against a group of people i don't like just because they disgaree with a single statement i've made and genuinely believe that they are 100% retarded
as always, don't go in expecting something someone has recommended with the expectation that it will be the best thing ever, but i enjoyed the film thoroughly. it was great.

I haven't yet read the books, so this could be an unfair judgment, but I am not 100% sure it's worth the hype.
It's good, yes, but does lack originality.

The plot was pretty decent, but I think the movie really shined with it's actors and cinematics. Some of the scenes were just sooooo pretty and at one point I cried. I recognized a lot of actors in the movie from other movies, namely Harry Potter and Star Wars
If you like family movies, watch this.
...but generally speaking, everything seemed really plausible and thought out. The acting was for the most part well done...and I especially liked Morgan Freeman and Gerard Butler in it. Gerard was a full on commando and basically kicked ass from the beginning of the movie until the end
