League of Roleplayers

Ladies and gents, I will join the guild as well. :mokken: I've been roleplaying for 7 years now, currently in 4 RPs (technically 5, but one of them died.) on FFF, and am contemplating starting a new RP of my own. Either way, I think joining the LoR is a good idea ~ :grin:

As for the RP I'm thinking of, I haven't been able to put a lot of thought into it recently, but all I know is that it's somewhat inspired by the movie Inception. It'll involve action in reality as well as in the astral states of the human mind. I've been thinking it out for the past two months though, so I'm not saying that it'll never happen. But I do have a lot to work on for it . :wacky:

Especially since the surprise element planned may be lost.... But ahem. If you can manage, then this one should be just as interesting.

I need to get my lazy humanity back into RPing... but this term the professors are bombarding me with a lot of work. Anyhow, Pandora, if the Inception RP happens I think I would be interested. Got to watch the film again and read a lot of reviews to get on tract with the plot.
 
Well I myself like to do RP's and before my yearly hiatus I was working on with a few people. Actually thinking of bringing it back, called Tale of the Forgotten if anyone wants to use the search and look in the archives. So what im getting at is I would like to sign up as well seeing as now there is a guild/club for RP'ers.
 
I loved inception. Im all in for it, though i think its gonna be tough to work out rp rules and kinks for that one.
 
I loved Inception too, and would be willing to join it. However I can't see how it could be possible to juggle so many RPs at the same time. By so many I mean even one or two. I'll be posting in In This Life soon, and if Channy's RP from a few weeks back ever surfaces again then I'll be in that.

My worry is spreading myself too thin and then never seeing an RP past a few pages. This seems to be the main (and a very big) problem with the RP section here. We all have great ideas but rarely do we focus on anything for very long.

If it is ok I'll wait a bit before signing up for the Inception-style RP unless you really need the numbers to make the RP happen.
 
I'm glad to see that there's a lot of interest for it. :griin: But like I said before, I'm not sure if it'll start anytime soon. Like Tipsy said, making rules and what not for it actually is one of the things I'm stuck on thinking about. So you won't have to worry about it - since there will be plenty of time between now and when the Interest Check thread comes up .

Hey, so I recently completed Final Fantasy X, and realized how epic the game had been, be it in it's soundtrack, or storyline.

Currently, we have a role play that focuses on the past of Spira... We had seen several that focused on the story of Final Fantasy X itself.

How about one about it's future? About the generations way way after our heroes, who are mostly busy in the Farplane?

It is true that the world will definitely regain it's lost hope from the time of Sin and all, but that wouldn't rule out conflicts that arise inevitably over the course of history, eh? Is someone interested enough to work something out with me?

Lol. Thought I was going to start something up myself?

I'm lacking some super fresh story ideas that isn't already used... So some help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Raveness, as a somewhat fan of Final Fantasy X (but not X-2, despite finally recognizing it as Canon) I would be able to help you in creating a FFX scenario set far flung into the future (about 100 years)

Wow it's been forever since I've been in this thread. O__O What's new everyone? The Rp section has been moving so much lately! I think all these new RPers kinda just brought it to life ^^. So many Rp ideas to. So much inspiration to write =P

Well since you've been Rping like way before my time you're kinda like Grandpa Kevin lol kidding!

XD I do find myself slowing down a bit too though. Every time I go to RP there's a billion new posts! D=
 
Tell me about it...I know we are not the only ones with the same sentiment though. But at least the section is active and that's all that matters to me...
 
Active-ish. For some reason, there was this obscure period of quiet after the FFXIII RP up and died...

/hardly ever posts in here, for some reason :hmmm:
 
I'm still active in the RP world on here. I just won't be able to join any new ones (I already had to reject 3 RP invites. :() until school (in 8 school days) and final exams are over. I'm actually doing my work when it's recommended I do so. :gasp:

Also, I'm glad that Writers of Fate is being revived. I found that RP to be fun. :ryan:
And there are a buttload of new RPers joining in the Central . :ness:

I'm just trying to kill this writer's block that ninja'd me yesterday, was trying to FINALLY get that Witch RP bio done and then I started typing and... Nothing, creativity went right out the window :gonk:
 
Well it's good to see people expressing interest in RP's again. I remember when I first was around not many people posted in the RP section. It was the pretty much the same people all just involved in different RP's, but now it seems there's a little more variety to the people.
