This is a tough decision to make because both brands have great taste, but if I have to pick one of them I would have to go with Oreo. They are known as the milk's best friend!

I don't get the hype around Oreos. Chips Ahoy was an actually chocolate cookie and didn't have any of the white cream shite...

It was tough....but I went with Chips because I can easily get tired of Oreos, whereas I never get tired of Chips Ahoy 
Man, Oreos all the way; that is one fun and delicious fucking cookie. You've got the lovely cream in the middle sandwiched in between two chocolate wafer cookies. I mean, don't get me wrong I enjoy eating Chip's Ahoy but the unique sandwich cookie offers more eating methods. I can separate the wafers and dunk 'em in a cold glass of milk and then eat them, likewise, I can just pop it in my mouth just as is. Or I can lick the cream off of one wafer and eat them both afterwards OR I could just eat one chocolate wafer and then eat the cream covered one. Variety IS the spice of life as they say, plus chocolate is scrumpitylicious.
Chip's Ahoy you either dunk in milk or just eat PLUS it's just got chocolate chips in it and you can't take one wafer of it and lick off any cream, it's an old fashioned plain chocolate chip cookie. How boring!
Oooh and also, also the cream filling come in a variety of flavors too: plain vanilla, chocolate, mint, and strawberry and if that's not enough then you get Double Stuffed cream filling oreos OR you can have chocolate wafer oreos or vanilla wafer ones. Again . . . variety. Tons of variety. Chips Ahoy? Oh yeah you get the soft cookie dough one which tastes blegh after a while in my opinion, the classic Chips Ahoy, and um I think there's a third type. Not very varied in my opinion. Although now. after researching up a bit, there's like a few more variations on the soft Chips Ahoy brand and the actual chocolate chip themselves. Still . . . it's kinda boring to me.
I just like having fun choices for my cookies. XD

I hadn't heard of Chips Ahoy until this thread. They look like ordinary cookies. That said, I prefer ordinary cookies to Oreos anyway.

, I'm not satisfied anymore by any chocolate chip cookies other than my own. Plus you can eat Oreos in all different ways, they taste better with milk, and they can be disassembled and still function 
Chips Ahoy would just break into a million pieces...or leave "The Chip" in the bag--that one chip that sits in the bag after you've already eaten all the cookies, and it sits there taunting you, like "Oh, there's still something else in here, but it's not a whole cookie, it's only one piece! Mwuahahahahaha!!!!!"

Chips Ahoy. Oreos are good but get old fast. Milk and chips ahoy can not be beaten. But golden oreos could beat Chips Ahoy, those things are sex on the beach!
