Five, hands down.

It's the most amazing banner out of the bunch. I love the purple color usage and the cute wittle chocobo they added. The font is so yummy to look at, too. Best one out of the whole group and it DEFINITELY deserves to win.

It's so good, I might use that layout over the dark theme.

Also, whoever made it, can I please have that chocobo picture it's so cuute

All of these are amazing...

My top choices are 1 2 and 4.

But, I'm going to vote for.... Uhmmm... Idk yet.

I voted for 4 because of it very subtle color and it's not as bright, but sometimes, I prefer to look at a more duller banner.

This was a hard decision to make

It came down to 1 and 5 for me.

One I like because initially it looks simple with the two characters on either side...but if you really look at the white part you can see characters in it like Yuna and etc... This was a really neat idea because it makes you really look in to see the detailing.

Five was the one I ended up picking...I really like the coloring...and like Cali said the super cute Chocobo. It also uses a lot of different FF characters in it. Esp Noctis ...and that pic of him looks oddly familiar and makes me think I know who made this banner

#5 easily wins this one for me, and the one I can definitely see being used. I just love how professional it looks, particularly that really apt font with the blue-black and blue-purple gradient that's really making me feel envious. The blue-purple colour scheme is absolutely gorgeous - yes, I know I'm always biased to blue-purple colour schemes, and for good reason - and I love how with all the characters included, it doesn't look messy at all. Scan lines finish it off nicely, no issues with the soft lighting and overall it's the perfect entry for me. Deeeefinitely #5.

EDIT@ I reeeeally love the sprites lining up next to each other in #3 by the way. Retro FF ftw.

I really love number five. The font is really pretty. The purple glow is really what I like about it. I would love to see this being used for FFF. The others are nice as well. I like the background of three a lot as well. In the end I voted for five. It is just gorgeous with all the roman numerals on the bottom, purple glow, favorite characters etc. Nicely done.

I quite like 1 and 5, but 5 takes my cake. Give it back.

I like how vibrant it looks and the colors and image flow quite well together, as though they were made that way. I love the characters chosen for it as well and the fade effects fit very well together. Great Job!

I voted for 1 I liked it the most since it was Simple,Clean,and well made =o

#2. didn't look real great to me the Green kinda threw it off some and it's all FFIX =o need's to have at least a mix of different games

#3 ehh Sprites dont really fit for the forum imo but thats just my opinion xD

#4 Looks kinda dirty,some of the character's are pixaly due to shrinkage x.x;

#5 is 2nd place for me,It's a great image with lots of different character's but I liked #1 better =o

#6 Seem's kinda plain compared to the rest,The Character's are too few and just doesn't feel right =/ only really good thing i like about it is that the Text look's nice and fit's in the image decently

But yeah all in all #1 is my Favorite =D

I think 5 is best. Love the chocobo, and nice selection of pics in the back. Except I wish Cloud were in it...

AAAH 1 or 5, 1 or 5 1 or 5......seriously this is too hard.

I really like 1 but I don't think it shows enough of FF I don't think, that Noctis looks like a cosplay of him.

5 is really good too, but that chocobo stands out too much and I'm not a fan of them

So I'm gonna toss a coin (Heads = 1 Tails = 5):Winner is..........5 (sorry whoever did 1).

For me it was really tough to pick between 1 and 5.

I ended up picking 1 because it has little zidane in it and I do love him quite.

5 was too heavily FFXIII Orientated

They were both really bright and equally as good so in the end I just voted on characters featured in them haha

#3 won it for me. Call me a sucker for Sprites, and 8-bit stuff. Plus, I liked the simplicity to it.

I'm voting for number one. I think it looks very neat and well put together. I particularly like the contrast between the light in the middle and the darker parts on the sides.

Oh myyy. TOO MANY GREAT ENTRIES THIS YEAR.

1 - Classic. Dark on the sides, bright in the middle so gives the text as much importance as the characters and effects. I don't know if it was intentional, but it looks...good. Great depth and flow, professional work. I do find it quite lacking in characters but over all... A very elegant piece.

2 - I do like the 'letter, space, space, letter' idea with the text, and putting it right in the middle is interesting. I think there's a problem with the flow of colors and stocks here, and this could be worked on.

3 - I love this. Creative and different. I like how even the background and text placement is old school. For a long-term banner though, I'm not so sure. I could see it for 'FF Classics Celebration Week' or something to that effect. Oh, I do hope that happens.

4 - Fantastic color tone and flow of the stocks. It's eye-catching and appealing. The smaller text is a little too crisp, but the general look of this banner... I love it. The idea of the villains vs. heroes adds to my attraction to it even more. Tinges of lighting here and there brightens up the piece.

5 - Great concept. Neutralizing the background but not too much that it's dull... It's hard to find that balance. Putting focus on the chocobo was brilliant. My only concern is the vividness of the blue tone. It doesn't bother me much, but after a while it can be distracting. Over all though, definitely a great banner.

6 - Good choice of background. I do like the underexposed look and the gradients here and there. But the piece lacks more substance for me, and the font could be better.

After much thought, I'm going with four. It's my favorite, all things considered. Terrific job to all the entries this year!

I really like 2 and 4. I settled with 4 because I really like the colors. Plus, Kefka's on it and VI needs more recognition. And if 5 ends up being the winner and I have to see that stupid chicken every time I go to this site then I'm going to post somewhere else.

#5 for me.

Didn't like how #4 just seemed to focus on Dissidia, even though it's a well made banner. #1 was well made too, but a little too plain in my opinion.

#5 however, had very nice colours, good text positioning, and more characters used. It easily stands out from the rest with it's vibrancy, and it was something I was planning to make myself. So it definitely gets my vote. =]
