What cheered you up today?

I got a few things sorted even if they were annoying things.

I love it when I get annoying things done and out of the way so I never have to think about having to do them again.

I went and got my teeth x-rayed. Need to get all 4 wisdom teeth out in a few months. Yayness for more money to be spent.

And I finally got two tags ordered for our cars for the e-toll. Now we can drive through them without having to ring up and pay casual tolls anymore.
 
I just found out that if I want to I can leave Japan and return to the UK with a re-entry permit, so my visa won't be compromised. I don't want to go home, but if push comes to shove (i.e. if my mother cries) I will go home for a few weeks.
 
He's kept very quiet about it, but one of my uncles had been diagnosed with some sort of condition involving some skin growth right near some muscles in the abdomen area and had to have an operation to get rid of the unwanted growth. At first when I heard the word "growth" I just feared the worst, but thankfully the doctors confirmed in the hospital today that it's nothing serious or threatening. I'm still unsure of what the condition actually is as they were very brief and vague about it, but my uncle just had the operation this morning and is now absolutely fine even though he cannot physically leave his bed at the moment. He should be discharged in a couple of days.
 
The estate agents emailed over the forms my friend and I need to fill out, once we've filled them out and handed them in, we're all set to go! We'll be able to move into our new flat at the end of Spring Break :ryan: Super-excited about that, it's close to the Uni, and all our favourite night-spots, so everything is within walking distance, so we'll save a crapload on commuting, and we both get our own bathroom, which means we won't have any early-morning clashes over the shower :lew:
 
Its friday its payday and im off the fuck out tonight, considering how SHIT the last couple of weeks have been and how today got off to a vile start, im pretty content now
 
I got a lovely haircut today and it's been overdue. It's given me a confidence boost and I'm showing it off to everyone. The weather's also been fabulous and it puts me in a fantastic mood.
 
I was up till 4am last night prepping a new RP.. and then I slept until 1pm this afternoon, and I has no headache. Very good times. :ryan:
 
Managed to get my American Studies portfolio done after a brutal all nighter. It was worth it though since it gives me FAR more time to complete my law assignment. I'm glad it's out the way, portfolio pieces are definitely the most boring pieces of assessment out there. Glad it's just a one year thing. :ryan:
 
I just found out today that one of my school projects will get a time extension which means I will have another week before I have to hand it up which is great because I am nowhere near finished and the extra week will help me a lot as it means that I don't have to spend insane hours everyday on it as with the extra days now I can plan how many hours of work I have to do each day so I won't be under any pressure now as long as I keep to my work schedule
 
A bit odd, but eating some cheesy potatoes really cheered me up today because I was starving when I woke up, but I couldn't be arsed to cook eggs. Thankfully for me, there was some leftover potatoes from last nights dinner in the fridge. Now, all I had to do was put some poverlone cheese on top, set the microwave for 4 minutes, and I got to indulge in the cheesy goodness. :andry:
 
hmm Why am i in a cheerful mood I have power D= had a 6 hour blackout,I also finished season 1 of HOTD,also Duodecim is out tomorrow so meh Im happy as a clam xD

I also got The Walking Dead Season one on DVD,Yes Im a zombie obesessed nut 8D

but anyways thats pretty much it for today I'll be spazzing out tomorrow ~.~

hmmmmm the fact that my tutor for Customisation of Webpages wasn't in soo he won't notice that I handed his assignment in late XD

also cuz my sis just owned me on mutiplayer on duodecim XD..... she was sooo happy
 
I had a long texting conversation with the guy that I like (and who likes me back) about nerd things. :britt: It cheered my day up right quick~
 
I'm off work. FOR A WHOLE WEEK. Yesssssssssss. Yes. Drink in my pleasure. Let it sieve out of me and dribble gently over you. Feel the warmth of my reinvigorated soul. Watch as I bask in my own delight. Scent that rosey smell that has descended upon me. Taste the chocolatiness that has become me. Oh, it feels so good. It feels so good.
 
Hello sunshine! It's so gloriously warm today, sunnies on, wearing white clothes, just relaxing in the sun. I just need a cold frappuccino, and it's perhaps the perfect day. Barely a cloud in the sky. Lovely.

It's quite silly how much the weather can effect your mood, but, it's hard not to be in a good mood when the weather is as nice as it is today.
 
A combination of several things.

Firstly, the weather. It's the first day of the year I've been out and not worn a jacket or coat. It's been fabulously warm today and it put me in a great mood after the shit weather we've had before.

The script that I recently completed made my friends laugh today. I was a bit insecure about my tutor reading it since it had a bit too much swearing in it. And then Lee reassured me that he loves swearing since he loves Shameless. :wacky:

They were giving free Monster energy drinks, too. So that's perked me up and kept me awake for the long day ahead!
