The great debate do you drink tea or coffee?

And how do you have it?

I drink coffee mainly I have it black at work but just a flat white at home I not a big fan of fancy coffee.

I also have tea on the odd occasion and I like it black and leave the tea bag in.

If I had to pick I'd pick tea, I drink it once in a while, rarely though. I don't drink coffee as I think it's disgusting.

I used to drink my tea with both milk and sugar, I still like the creamy flavour of that once in a while. Usually it's just with sugar and no milk though, I also remove the tea bag before adding sugar and drinking it.

Tea Please

There is nothing like a nice hot cup of tea with some honey. Green or black in the morning to get you going. Does wonders, and sooooo good on cold winter mornings :ryan:

Coffee I really only drink black, and it has to be a fancy kind. The buy at the store kind I just...don't like.

I hate tea, I think it's boring and tastes like crud.
Coffee all the way for me. I Have it the usual way, coffee, two sugars and milk but we also have a mini coffee machine at home which makes lovely cappuccinos

I think the reason I like coffee so much (besides the taste) is because my dad works with coffee and the smell of it reminds me of my childhood. :)

I like both of them, but my relentless genes force me to say tea

I like it much stronger than most people I know (my mam says I drink cement), with a small bit of milk. For coffee I have a small amount of instant then add milk followed by hot water

I have coffee at work because the tea just tastes digusting, I think it's the milk...

Tea the majority of the time everywhere else though, which isnt all that often considering I practically live at worjk :hmph:

I like my teas strong but milky

Dont like weak coffee, but when it looks like treacle it's just vile

I used to love both, but now I find coffee too acidic. I love tea, with the bag squeezed to death to make it strong and fresh (hate stewed tea), with a bit of milk, and without sugar. :)

I prefer tea because, unlike coffee, it doesn't taste like dog fur.

I like iced tea. Especially when having a sit in front of the computer and reading nonsense to amuse myself. I for some reason prefer it to milk when eating cookies. The reasoning behind that alludes even me. :hmmm:

Coffee is my morning elixir for crying out loud. Especially latte. :mokken:

Admittedly, I'm not too keen on black coffee or simply when there isn't enough milk in it. My average cup of coffee is somewhere in the middle anyway, not too weak that it's milky more than anything, and not that strong that I can taste nothing but acidic bitterness. Tea's a good alternative whenever I'm in the mood for some or whenever there just isn't any coffee at hand, and I like it pretty strong though sugary at the same time.

Heh well I love coffee so much so I guess the answer is pretty frickin obvious. :lew: Nestea(Ice Tea) is my favourite drink though. I drink Coffee and Nestea like they are my water. I will always take Coffee over Tea any day though. Tea I will have when my throat hurts. Coffee I will have every school morning, because I can not stay up without my coffee. Coffee with milk is better, I agree.

Coffee and a cigarette is close to my ideal breakfast so obviously I prefer coffee.
I think tea is shithouse. I wouldn't drink much coffee if it didn't have caffeine in it.
I don't drink instant coffee because that shit's shit.
I normally have it with milk and a bit of sugar or just black. It depends upon how I feel.
mhm aha.

Indeed monkey nuts :hmmm:

I get me a large freaking Cappuccino in the morning goes like this:

Skinny milk

lotsa froth

Chocolate Icing

5 Raw sugar sachets

Stir it nice an' Fierce

Wait 1/2 an hour

Gulp it down in 1 go

Delicious with a Vanilla yoyo/Vanilla meltdown, this can happen 2-3 times a day lol
my new posting has a Gloria Jeans next door :awesome:

Why did l itemize this?

I occasionally drink tea...herbal tea, though. Anything minty will do for me. Normal tea I just never get right, so I don't bother drinking it. It's either too milky, too sugary, or it tastes like crap. I can make tea for other people, but not for me. Herbal stuff is the way to go :ryan:

I don't drink coffee, it does strange things to me. Like making me happy.

Well he hit me dead on as well. Coffee and a cigarette is the best combo for me. I will drink tea, but only when my sinuses are totally dead. Coffee to me has so many flavors, and tea to me.. well it's either really fruity or taste like a tea leaf, which to me.. sucks.

I could drink coffee all day, though I try to cut back because it makes me want a drag.

Coffee of choice, I use a kuerig, so I do like to try to variety packs. I'm more of a black + 1 sugar fan. I do love me some espresso though.. 2 shots and 1 coffee to go..

Like both. But for me, coffee is like crack. I'm experiencing a bit of withdrawl right now from it, so I'm going to make some later on. :wacky:
I usually walk to Starbucks and drink my mocha or cappuccino on the way back. But I do enjoy all their other choices. Then there's the coffee I make at home, where I use the International Delights (or something like that) creamers to flavor it. Coffee flavored with just milk tastes so bland. :hmph:

But due to the high amounts of caffeine I've been taking in lately (nearly 8 cups almost every day), I had experienced some acid reflux every night, so I had to limit my intake of coffee for a while. Then, I felt better, and went back to my usual intake . :wacky:

I'll only drink herbal tea when I have a cold. Not too keen on tea, but I do like Xiao's Blend herbal tea with a hint of peppermint, chamomile, and rosehips. It's been awhile since I've had a cup, actually. Now, when it comes to Thai Iced Tea...that's a different matter. =]

I'm a coffee lover, and I like different kinds of creamer. Hazelnut is my absolute favorite, next to Baileys Irish Creme and Peppermint Mocha. So no, I can't have my coffee black - I won't touch it. Like Olivia, I also like my coffee strong, but sugary.

The past two months, I've been having a cup of cold coffee (with ice) at night (around 8-9 PM). Not everyday though, maybe 2-3 times a week. It depends if I've had my cup in the morning. I try not to take 2 cups of coffee everyday.

I love my Mint Condition from Caribou Coffee, with extra mint chunks and chocolate. Yum, even if it's decaffeinated most of the time. I get jittery when I have caffeine.

I usually only drink teas when I'm ill, or feel close to it. Usually white tea, since it supposedly does wonders. Green tea's OK, and tastes a bit better, but that also has caffeine, which is bad for this guy. Oh, and I'll have iced tea once in a blue moon, too.

My favorite of the two is coffee.

I make mine rather mild because I hate strong coffee, it's gross. When I'm at work I tend to bring flavored coffee creamers to add some flavor to our plain coffee. Usually I end up bringing International Delight's French Vanilla with me. When I'm at home I buy Door County's flavored coffees and have them with the original Coffeemate coffee creamer. My favorite coffee flavor from them right now is krumb cake which is cinnamon flavored. :melody: Also, coffee made from freshly ground beans cannot be beat.

During the summer months I like lipton's all natural sweetened lemon iced tea. I've never been a fan of hot tea.

I love both! Tea and coffee are absolute classics - as the creation of such a thread demonstrates ;3.

I used to hate tea... but recently it is the one I favour of the two. My particular favourite is green tea - I can consume around 6 mugs a day! Although... recently I tried this one tea called 'Dark Dragon Tea' and wow, that was amazing....

In fact... I think I am going to make some now... <_<;;

I don't drink either of them regularly. But I guess I drink coffee more often than tea. That's not to say that I do not like tea though.
