Basically, when you want a snack, and cba to make something quick, do you go for something sweet or salty? Cheese and savoury stuff counts as salty. Fruit is sweet.
Personally I go for salty. Stuff like crisps, cheese, pretzels and the like, because I don't get sick quickly eating salty food. I can't take much sweet stuff before I feel sick.

Along with the aftermath effects when your body is JUST adjusting to it. When I want a snack I usually go to our vast stock of fruit and possibly make it into a smoothie, drink tea, or eat cereal out of a cup. I get very paranoid when eating salty food .
Really though, more often than not, salty is my preference.
