Idk why, but #5 is the one that really catches my eye. So simple, but so right to the point in this weeks theme. The hand with the tree and the waterfall coming out of it was a great idea. I kinda wish it had a bit more flare to it, but still my favorite out of the the entries. :jay:

Argh so many good entries!

I love #1, #3 and #6.

In the end I went with #6.

I adore the young girl with leaves in her hair and the text is really cute. I love what it says and the font is really pretty too. <3

Gorgeous Autumny colours and I love that little butterfly sitting on her shoulder. <3

Awesome work!

After a lot of studying, I eventually went for #3.
Simple and gorgeous, I love it. I would love to sit on that bench and just relax ^__^

But I love 'em all. Nice job everybody :jess:
 
:O My vote goes to #1. This is absolutely gorgeous. The theme of autumn certainly comes through in the colours, which themselves compliment one another perfectly. The brushes and effects used are beautiful and the sig looks quite clean. There's variety in the effects, but they work together very well. The text is great.

#2 I like the colours and the faded white effect, but the darkness of the girl is a little harsh. The text sits on top of the sig rather than being part of the piece too, mainly due to the colour of 'Autumn' and the font of 'Sotw 216.' However, the colours and leaves do go well with the theme, showing thought and creativity.

#3 A clean sig with lovely shades and colours, nice effects and text. It suits the theme well, but doesn't feel as artistic as #1.

#4 I like this one a lot too. The text is very good, the composition of the piece works well. However, the girl could have been a little more well blended into the background to complete the piece.

#5 This one's fun and creative. :) I like what you've done here. It's artistic and the colours are gorgeous.

#6 A nice take on the theme with simple clean effects. It's artistic and the faded smokey colours work well with the girl's pose, but just didn't stand out to me as much as #1.
 
1 an 4 are my favourites but I picked 1 to win.

I really love the background of it and the text is very pretty :D It's very nice to look at all round.
 
They're all so tall, which I'm not a huge fan of, but because I have always been a fan of soft colours on real stocks, I'm going to vote for #6. Well done to you all.
 
Number 2 gets my vote it looks amazing and i love the render/stock

I loved the idea for number 5 as well was very cleaver... But 4looked preitter :p

EDIT: after going up ready to vote.. I looked at them all and number 2 popped out.... Sooo changing to number 2... Sam reason but also the colour are warm and are just right for the theme
 
#3 - My vote goes to this one because it's simple and I adore the sienna hues and the falling leaves. Plus I think the blending of the stock works well with the slightly brighter background. The text is beautiful too--wonderful calligraphy, to me the manipulation and placement of a text can either make or fracture the stock and this one just adds depth to it.

I loved #1 and #5 as well, there's just a lot of strong artistic pieces here and I respect that. A lot of work and care went into these submissions.
 
I voted 5. This was a hard pick :gonk:

One I like and is very well done...I just think there's a lot of anime sigs out there and I'm starting to get bored of them :( I do like the background on this with the papery background effects, the leaves and text, and how everything is blended so well.

Two is cute. Its of a good size, but more anime :( I don't particularly care for the hazy effect too much either...I'd like it more if it were a bit clearer I think :hmmm:

Three is really nice :jess: I love this. When I think fall I think of the park bench with the leaves falling everywhere and etc.. This would have been my second choice, and I would have picked it had 5 not hit me more :lew:

Four...more anime :( Its a little on the small size for me. The stock is pretty nice I just don't think it fits quite so well with the use of the background...for me anyways.

Five :jess: Its very abstract but I think thats why I like it so much. It has a deep background that lets the hands and the image pop so well. The image itself is so clear and pretty and the text is very well done. Love this.

Six is really pretty, and I love the text and etc...it just didn't hit me quite like 5 did. I like the muted effects and the size and everything though.
