I love to sleep, but I rarely get a chance to sleep more than 7 hours on any given night. I'm usually in bed around 11pm-midnight, and I'm up by 4:30am-5:00am depending on what time I have to be at work. Usually I have to be there by 7, but it takes me almost an hour to get there with traffic.
Sometimes I can get a nap in which really refreshes me. I always look forward to those.

I usually need about 9 hours per night to make it from day-to-day or I'm tired all day and all I can think about is coming home and putting my pj's on and relaxing. 
Well, when I can actually sleep
Lately, I have not been getting a good nights rest even when I try to go to sleep earlier then I normally do. Sometimes I can't sleep due to stress or if im overthinking about something which, tends to be the case.
I go to sleep, plan on sleeping in and something ALWAYS disturbs my beauty sleep. Tis quite annoying actually.
