Didn't really know where to put this but I'm engaged! XD

I have photos but not on the computer yet.

Steve took me out to the most beautiful restaurant tonight. It's called the Four Winds Revolving Restaurant at the Gold Coast up on the 26th floor. <3

It was beautiful eating dinner and getting to stare out over the beach and the city. <3

I got the most beautiful ring too! Because I picked it out. XD But Steve loved it too so I know he would have gotten me something I liked even if I didn't pick it out. <3

Omg I'm so excited to organise my engagement party. XD

Best Christmas present ever!

He didn't get down on one knee no. XD

I told him I didn't want that because I didn't want the attention of everyone around us. I just wanted it to be a quiet thing between us.

He still asked me when we were there if I wanted him to get down on one knee. <3
So sweet. XD

He just held my hand and asked me and then gave me the ring. <3 Omg it was so sweet. XD

Can't blame ya'. I was the same. I didn't want anyone's attention either. This thread reminded me of when my husband and I got engaged 5 years ago, and he proposed at this big quiet park (we were having a picnic). He said my full name and everything while he went down on one knee, which made it corny. xD Before he can even ask if I would marry him, I was already saying "Yes, yes, yes now get up please!" and looking around all embarrassed. xD Poor guy.

Ah memories. I really hope that moment stays with you until you guys grow old. ;)
