I watched Super Size Me in class. After watching the movie I wanted to go to Mc Donalds, seriously. I'm weird. xD
I only eat fast food twice a month as I like to be healthy, and I mostly eat healthy stuff with unsaturated fat like chicken and fish with lots of vegetables. In Norway we only have Burger King and Mc Donalds, so there's not a lot of options to choose from when eating fast food. But yeah I like to eat fast food twice a month, nothing more. I watch what I eat so I do not eat a lot of fast food, and I also have a slow metabolism so I gain weight easily if I don't eat healthy.
Eating fast food is okay, as long as you eat it in moderation, don't do like the guy in Super Size Me and the others in the movie who ate there everyday and had no clue about how damaging it can be if you eat it everyday.

My mum has always given me home cooked meals and rarely let me have things like McDonalds. I was aged 9 when I realised that the fries at McDonalds were too salty and the nuggets didn't taste real.
I only enjoyed the food there for the toys. I tried the burgers once and they were HORRIBLE. They tasted plasticy.
I tried a milkshake at KFC around the age of 5 and remember hating it because it tasted synthetic.
Things like chinese is just a bit greasy and...well, since I'm pretty much vegetarian (I eat fish but nothing like gelatine), options are limited and lack flavour.
