This thread is for you to share with the rest of the forum how much exercise you do a day/week.
Are you fairly active and play sports etc or do you just sit around and do nothing and are you happy with this or want to change?
I used to be a fairly active person, I used to go to the gym X3 times a week every week, I felt good and it helped me get to sleep better. Then my gym member ship ran out and suddenly I decided to slack off.
Now I am a lazy slob and don't do too much exercise. Perhaps once a week I will go for a walk.
I am trying to change this however and am starting to go to the gym again. This week I plan on going to the gym at least 4 times. I also just finished a lovely lunch time walk around the river

) - so I mainly rely on pilates (which I do in the morning), and once in a blue moon I may do yoga - if I feel up to it. I can only handle so much time on certain moves.
My folks actually hate that I exercise, considering how skinny I am already, but that's not my main focus - unlike what some would believe .
