Do you like cheese? I like cheese. I wouldn't say I'm a hardcore cheesy person but if there is one cheese I could live by, it would be gouda, especially the ones from Trader Joe's. Top it off with wine and my day is complete (though I haven't been drinking wine in months!).

I know there's variety of cheese out there and I have yet to taste them. So I guess this is where you guys come in. Do you have any recommendations? What's your favorite cheese?

FUCK YEAH, CHESSE.

I love cheese. Pepper Jack, cheddar, and American cheese are some of my favorites. I can go to the store and buy a huge block of cheese and have a snack that lasts about a month. Fucking great, cheese is. I can imagine someone that doesn't like cheese. They can't be fucking human. :srsly:

hmm I eat cheese in moderation.
I love camenbert (sp?) cheese that you put on crackers and tasty cheese but thats about as far as my cheese loving goes :(

I lo0o0o0o0o0ooove cheese. Especially marble, and some brands of mozzerella. A block of cheese depending on the size will barely last me a week. I put it on everything. On eggs, snacks with crackers, in salad sometimes! :ryan: Cheese

Oh my gosh, I love cheese. :sad3:

I'll eat any kind, be it feta cheese, swiss cheese, provolone, american, cheddar, you name it, I'll try it. There are some cheese that I don't like like "queso de bola (translation needed)" or bleu cheese, but other than that, I'm a definite cheese addict.

I was just eating cheese on toast, oddly enough. :lew:

Cheddar has to be my favourite because it goes with everything. Pasta, paninis, sandwiches, toast. I don't eat it often because it's not too good for me, but when I do take cheese, I make up for it with big doorstep slices and I'm in heaven. Mature cheddar cheese is the best, though I can go with the weaker stuff too.

Parmesan cheese doesn't even come close to cheddar, but it's definitely my second favourite, and that tiny bit more healthy. When I don't want to use cheddar, I grate parmesan over stuff like spaghetti bolognese and chilli con carne.

Mozarella and Marscapone go great with pizza if you do it right, so I often put that on pizza on the rare occasions I can be bothered to make it from scratch. :ryan:

Philadelphia, the spreadable kind, goes awesome with crackers when you went that etra bit of taste. I've also found a weird kind of cheese with cranberries inside, which is nicer than you'd think.

Lastly, I can make an awesome cheese sauce from cheddar cheese when I'm making lasagne, but I usually buy it from the store. Can't say I've ever tried it with wine, but I want to someday.

Imma go make another batch of cheese on toast now thanks to this thread. :hmph: Screw health. I HAVE CHEDDAR. :rage:

Mmm... cheese. :ryan:

I put mozerella cheese on everything. But when it comes to snacking on cheese, colby jack, gouda, and sharp cheddar are my favorites.

I'm actually baking macaroni cheese for the first time on Christmas day, and I'm putting 5 different kinds of cheeses: parmesan, romano, colby jack, mozerella, and Havarti (creamy Danish). Now, I've never actually had Havarti cheese, but hopefully it's good.

I also love aged cheeses! So delicious. There's many fine cheeses from all over the world (aside from your everyday mozerella, sharp cheddar, colby jack, parmesan, etc.) and I'm slowly trying to discover them.

Havarti is very good. One of my favorites, along with sharp cheddar, colby jack, monterey jack, asiago, and romano. Also provolone is ok at times.

On the flip side, I've never liked Swiss cheese.

But yeah, for the most part, I'm a big proponent of old, soured, bacteria-infested, solidified milk.

Our flat at university is ridiculously hooked on cheese, I mean, everyone will have cheese with absolutely anything that's cooked. There's always cheese in our fridge whether it be a block or ready grated, there's been so many different varieties of flavours as well that I don't even know what's been in the fridge. We could run out of pretty much the bare essentials but I can guarantee that there will be cheese in the fridge, and if it's not in the fridge on the table with someone using it. :wacky:

Aw absolutely love cheese. I liek to get all the fancy ones and try them out and much through it with crackers. I hate not having cheese in the house. It goes with pretty much anything. It's amazing. I love it :rage:

I made tea last night with cheese, mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with japepenos with a cream cheese, jalepeno and herb sauce. It was fucking ace. And yes, I made it all by myaself :mokken:

I like cheese but I haven't try a lot of different kind in my life. I put mozzarella in my salad, on pizza (pretty obvious) and in my soup, especially if it's onion soup. I also enjoy Camembert on crackers or cheese omelet, and I put strong cheddar in it.

cheese is amazing and it goes with almost any other food.
Cheddars probadly my fadvourite, the extra mature stuff thats got a really strong taste. Brie is nice aswell especially with cranberry :ryan:

its like my favourite food

Cheese. :ryan: is the shit. No lie.

I like most cheeses to be honest. I'm not really picky when it comes to cheese :hmmm: least I don't think so.

American, Gouda, Swiss, Cheddar, Colby, Colby Jack, Mozzarella, Provolone.

But, my ALL TIME FAVORITE would be :

Muenster. That is like the shex. :ryan: all should try muenster cheese. it's pretty damn good :ryan:

I am not a fan of cheese. The only time I will eat it is on sandwiches. I always get funny looks when I order pizza and ask for no cheese XD. I hate it on salads, pasta, brocoli, everything. I used to be allergic to milk and could never have cheese. That may be why I have never acquired a taste for it.

I LOVE cheddar cheese. I get through, like, at least one block of it a week, by myself. Two if other people start stealing it :rage:

Its one of the few foods I actually enjoy, because it goes well with pretty much everything ♥
...provided it isn't too strong, of course. I like to actually be able to taste it, but the strongest ones make me gag...

I've tried other cheeses in the past (we always have a cheese with crackers tub open...) which were...hit and miss. I absolutely refuse to touch any cheese that isn't white or yellow...eating something that is blue or green just doesn't sit with me...

Cheese is pretty fab. I personally like Mozzerella, New Muenster, Cheddar, American, and Colby. The rest I don't particularly care for, especially swiss. You can put it on pizza, salads, your eggs, and on crackers its pretty yummy for a snack. :awesome:

I'm not very familiar with different types of cheese. I just go for the ones I am the most familiar with, such as Cheddar and Mozzerella. It's great stuff when I put them on pizza and jacket potatoes. That savoury salty flavour you get from melted cheese is sooo nice. And I remember when I was younger I was a huge fan of Cheesestrings.

Cheese is a step below oxygen as far as necessities.

Fresh buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes and basil in a caprese salad.
Loraine swiss on a ham or turkey sandwich
A nice, sharp provolone on italian meats or melted over hot roast beef with horseradish.
Queso fresco crumbled on a steak taco.
A really stinky blue crumbled on a salad or stuffed in a burger

I think the only cheese I can't stomach is limburger - it kinda tastes like a baby's diaper smells. But - it's great for practical jokes. Pop the hood and throw a hunk on the engine of someone's car who you want to bust in the chops. Once it melts and burns on they'll be smelling it for months.

I went to France and for some reason, they served Dutch cheese after the meal. But it tasted amazing so I'm a huge fan of that. I also like goat cheese.

But yes, I am a cheese fan because when ever I have a snack attack, I just reach for the trusty cheddar and make a cheese toasty. So, so epic, especially if you put on some sweet chili sauce. :ryan: Or some Lea and Perrins. :gasp:

Definitely good for when you just get back in from a night out.
