I've found a website that actually tells where you stand on the Political Compass:

http://www.politicalcompass.org/

I've taken a quiz that shows where I stand and it is as follows:

Economic Left/Right: -3.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.05

Well, for the record, I was hoping to be a bit more moderate, but I supposed I'm not too far left, and that's a good thing.

Where do you stand on the political compass?

Economic Left/Right: -5.12
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.36

It was quite an interesting test actually that explores more than the left and right spectrum. I know that I'm left wing, but it's interesting to see that I'm rather moderately left wing and slightly libertarian.

Economic Left/Right: -4.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 0.67

According to the scale im quite a bit left wing, but more moderate, which I'd say is pretty much a good thing.

Economic: 3.5
Social: -0.46

I'm sadly, moderate socially, but very conservative economically, which I suppose is a good thing. Yes, I went there.

March 9 EDIT: I can't believe I'm the only one with a positive economic rating... Jeez... and by so much as well.

I can be proud to say that I'm near Gandhi on the chart.

Economic Left/Right: -5.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.00

That's quite an interesting test. I'm a little bit of a "socialist libertarian" in some of my ideology. Boy, those two words would get me shot quicker by a right wing nutcase who prays to their messiahs Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. XD

Economic Left/Right: -2.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.44

I think the test is rubbish though. The test seem to be working from the premise that all left wing people and all right wing people will have the exact same opinions about certain things no matter the situation in their respective countries.

For example, there's a pretty big difference between thinking that rich people are taxed too heavily in the USA and thinking that rich people are taxed too heavily in Denmark since there's atleast 20% difference between the top tax brackets in the 2 countries.

All tests of this kind are bound to be inaccurate as the questions aren't clarified and you can't justify your responses in any way.

I got more or less -6 for both.

Economic Left/Right: -5.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.08

I'm really not that interested in this stuff, but it was a fun test to take. I don't have the knowledge to have a properly, well thought about opinion on many of the issues questioned.

Economic Left/Right: -5.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 1.33

Leaving me somewhere near Mamoud Abass. Which is odd, because I remember taking this a couple of years ago and I was much nearer to George Bush, supposedly...

I don't how accurate this is because some of the questions I didn't quite understand.

Economic Left/Right: 5.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.13

I always identified myself as libertarian because I've always felt the government should be as small as possible and I want it out of my life.

Economic Left/Right: -6.12
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.31

I'm not surprised tbh. Some of the questions seemed kind of general though. And hey, I'm in the same box with Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and the Dalai Lama :D

Don't know how many of you frequent on facebook but the app has been there for a while.

Mine is: Economic Left/Right: -3.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.74

which is almost identical to my facebook one lol

I'm like a Pope Benedict XVI. Which one is he?

the 265th pope he's the most current pope.

Economic Left/Right: -7.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.15

Sounds about right but as someone mentioned, tests like these can't be taken too seriously given that some answers may change in different circumstances and stuff.

i have no interest in politics whatsoever. politicians are lying arseholes. this test was shite for instance "you cant feel naturally homosexual" well how can a heterosexual answer that? personally no i cant but that doesnt mean other people dont.

annnnnnnnyway

Economic Left/Right: -4.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.00

Upon returning to Oz I had to register tobe an Australian Citizen again anyway thanx to some technical loop hole l never have to vote again....massive sigh....so 1 day every 3 1/2 years l can sit on m fat ass and eat lunch while the other saps have to get up in the rain lmao....poor bastards.
