What time do you go to bed?

I have a 9:30 start for my job, which is really cool. It means I can get up at 8, which means I can go to sleep as late as 12 and still have a good nights sleep. I tend to drop off between 12 and 1 these days, but I endeavor to go earlier if I've been doing weights that day, it really helps keep the soreness at bay the next day.

Weekends don't tend to be any different either. I never have the energy for late nights, but I stay in bed til about 10 usually.

I have insomnia, so my sleep patterns are always different. I'll stay up for 4 days straight sometimes. I don't even get tired. But I don't mind sleep every night, usually I only sleep for no more than 5 hours.

Whenever. I'm a big kid now, bish.

Now that I take online classes I really don't go to bed at reasonable times anymore, unless I've a test the next day or what have you.

I barely ever go to bed. I'm always up. On school nights, I usually end up going to sleep at 4(last night I did at 5), and getting only 4 or 3 hours of sleep. :gasp: But I guess I'm kinda used to it now.

On weekends/breaks/whatever, I usually stay up for days, or go to bed at 10:00 in the morning the next day. I even stay up all night on school nights sometimes.

I really need to start going to bed around 12, because I'm always late to school because of this. Har har. :awesome:

thats really not good for you, your body does alot of stuff when you sleep and can only do it when you sleep. I really don't want to come off like your mum (I probably am) but you need to be careful or you could end up burning out. If you struggle sleeping try taking a hot drink to bed with you and a book.

On an average night about 3.30am, sometimes earlier at 2am, sometimes later at 4.30am.

I find it very hard to get to sleep. It's not insomnia per say-- but yeah. V. tired alla time D:

What time do you tend to go to bed? If I'm motivated and happy, I'll go to bed at around 9:30pm-10:00pm so I can wake up early and not feel tired. Other than that, I'll go to bed whenever I feel like, which would most likely be somewhere in the AM's.

If you go to bed late, what might the reason be? Internet. I love to write/post/whatever. Or homework, which is crap.

Are you happy with your sleep cycle? / Is it working for you? Lately, no. When I started school I would go to bed early enough for me to wake up at 3am and not feel tired throughout the day. I loved that. I had so much time for myself and I wasn't tired while spending that time.
Now, here I am, posting at 2:00am on a Sunday (Monday, technically). Not good at all.

Lately I'll go to bed around 2 am. Mostly later though. But I have no school anymore so thats why I spent more time on my laptop at night or game a bit longer. I'm mostly too awake at night as well.

It depends on how tired I am. It's usually between the hours of 11pm and 2am because I generally don't have anything to get up early for and can have a lie in almost all the time. I only have work on Saturdays and Sundays, along with lectures on Mondays and Wednesdays. The rest of the days are perfect for lie ins. xD

um.. Normally I end up passing out around 4am est lol.. But I try my hardest to go to sleep sooner, but it so doesnt happen like I want it too >:

11-11:30 pm is the sweet spot if you're a full-time, 9-5 office drone. Sometimes I mix it up a bit and "dare" to go to bed an hour later, since I can usually get away with being late for work... The night I got platinum in FFXIII I was up until 2, but it was so worth it, even if I was dead tired the next day.

I go to bed when my eyes don't want to stay open anymore. Basicly, I go to bed whenever. Even in school!!!!!

I don't have a fixed time for going to bed, I just go when I want to. I have College 5 days a week, so one those days I usually go to bed around 12-1AM, and wake up at 8AM, so that's almost the reccomended 8 hours of sleep.

At the weekends, I stay awake sometimes until 3-4AM, just because I can basically.

I rarely stay up past midnight anymore. Must be a side effect of getting older. Having class at six in the morning is probably another important factor, as well.

Is this a serious Question....lmao!
l suppose for the younger gen a bed time is possible consequence with school and shit
but the hell do you wanna know this for........when l was younger l used to go to bed at 2 and wake up at 8 to play games after l left school and before l started working namely playing FFVIII VII IX in that tiime.

It was a serious question, yes. :D

I didn't intend it in a creepy way. I wasn't making this thread so that I could track people down and know when they are asleep and not expecting anything. :hmmm:

I was just wondering for the sake of wondering what peoples sleep cycles are like.

Right now I'm starting to go to bed earlier as I have my finals coming up soon. So half 12 is my new bed time aim... Still late, but it is a start. If I try to go to bed earlier than that I'll just be lying there for hours. I'm having to gradually knock back the time. I'd been going to bed quite late (between 1 and 2am) throughout the past few years. I had to be more careful this year as my lectures were in the morning or early afternoon, but I still ended up not sleeping until late even if I went to bed early, and I have felt tired for the entire year.

I wish we didn't have to sleep in all honesty. It's such a waste of time. :ness:

11:30 pm as got college the next day and got to get up at 9am.. I dont like goin college but only doin it to keep the job centre off my back and they ALWAYS mess my money around! I lost my job last yr thats why im a JSA bum now

When I was younger, I slept as early as 8pm. That was then, before the internet took over everything. Facebook, forums, Twitter, MSN, deviantArt. I could easily blame them for my eyebags. :rage:

I sleep at 11:30 or midnight usually. But since it's summer where I am, I sleep at around 4am. :wacky:

I go to bed at around 11-1 A.M, but I find I can usually get up naturally at around 6-7 a.m... I've been used to getting up early. But tonight I have to do around 10 pages of work...

I go to sleep when I automatically shut down. Which can range from midnight to 2am (weekdays). During holidays and weekends I don't go to sleep until 7am next morning.
I guess that's the cause of my constant yawning. I have to get my sleep system working or I'll fail my exams. I can't learn when I'm tired :gasp:
