What time do you go to bed?

Back home I go to bed between 12 and 2. And then get up at 10 or 11. But since Ive been in Austrilia, Ive been going to bed between 9 and 10 and getting up round 6 or 7 am!!
 
It depends on what's going on, like for instance being sick its hard for me to sleep. So i usually try to turn in as early as i can, though when that doesn't work so i end up staying awake till odd hours of the night trying to sleep. Other than that, i go to sleep early at 9 or 10pm. I'd love to stay up late like before but i just don't, it drains me too much.

All depends.. really. My fiance and I generally have a crazy sleep schedule. So anywhere from 11 to 3 in the morning.

I dunno, not much to say, friends are over its one thing.. but generally I am always wanting to go to sleep by 11:00 so I don't act like an ass all day.

Normally at around 12am. Sometimes if something can keep me entertained well enough, I may stay up a bit later.

b. Does it differ on different days? Or do you tend to just go to bed at around the same time every night / morning?

It only differs on days:

1. I am really tired.
2. I have something to do early that morning

Again I only stay up later if there is something to keep me up.

c. If you go to bed late, what might the reason be?

For someone of my age I'd like to think of 12am as early.

Are you happy with your sleep cycle? / Is it working for you?

Unfortunately my body is too adjusted to this schedule so there is no changing it. It works well but sometimes I wish I could sleep in later...
 
On weekdays, I tend to go to bed at about 11:30pm at the latest. I need to wake up at 6.30am in the morning anyway because I need quite a bit of time to prepare myself, have breakfast, pack my bag and drive to college. I tend to get tired really easily - which is a problem at college especially as my lessons are demanding nowadays - so I get as much sleep as I can.

On weekends, I normally go to bed at about 12:30 am - 2:00am the latest I've ever been. It depends what I'm doing at the time actually. If I'm watching a TV programme, movie, talking to friends, playing video games - I may go to sleep slightly later. But on Saturday nights if I have morning shifts in town the following morning, it's 12:00 am for me.
 
Generally I get to bed around 12-4 am regardless of work day/weekend. I still get plenty hours of rest, if I over sleep I feel horrible and I very rarely nap during the day. The last time I went to bed before midnight was about 5 years ago. The problem is no matter how exhausted I get during the day, it seems like after midnight I wake back up and feel better and don't feel exhausted. I probably have some form of insomnia but in denial of it.
 
Schooldays I head up to my bed around 8-9 by mother orders, but generally I dont actually GO to bed, I just sit up there messin with my psp >_>
On workdays I go to bet at 8, I work hard...
On days there is nothing the next day, who needs sleep? really I don't usually sleep these days, I just relax the night away, go to bed early the next day
 
2-4am, i just like staying up, i dont get tired if im fixated on something, games or computer browsing usually. At least for now, till i get a job or get into college.
 
During the week I usually end up going to bed or end up falling asleep at around 11:00pm. When I take showers at night during the week I tend to start them at 9:30pm and ending them (fixing my hair and shit) 11:00pm. I go in my bed at around 11:05pm and fall asleep around 11:30pm.

Weekends, all depends. If my parents are bitches and make me go to bed early, 10:00pm. (rarely) When I get to stay up late, sometimes it's 11:30pm-1:00am. I can't stand staying up past 1:30am unless I really want to. I get really tired so I want my sleep.
 
I go to bed any time between 12am and 7am. Its far from healthy but thats just how things are. There aren't enough hours in the day for me to do everything that I want to do. ;_;
 
To be totally honest with you, I don't have a set time that I go to bed. I pretty much have the worst sleeping pattern since I came to University. But lately I've been falling asleep around 4 am. Which is pretty bad, since I usually have to be up by 8.30 for lectures.
 
I generally go to bed about 12am-1am everyday, whether it's school or the weekend, sometimes I stay up a bit later. But I get tired about half twelve.
 
OMG.... this topic is when I really start feeling like an old person. lol.

When school is going on for me I normally get to sleep about 10 every night. I wake up at 6 every weekday morning because I have classes at 8 every morning. A lot of people think that I'm crazy for waking up that early, but since I live on campus, the internet is a lot faster in the mornings. So it's easier to access some sites in the morning.

Weekends.. It really just depends. If I decide to not do anything I'll get to sleep around midnight and wake up whenever. If I go out with my friends I usually stay out until 4 in the morning.

Somewhere around 12... yea, pretty late time to go to bed. But I don't need sleep really. I sleep just because I should, not because I'm tired or something.
 
Im not use to going to bed at night,i get tired when it starts to be like 2:00 or even 3:00,im never tired in the middle of the night,i would play 360 or go on laptop.
 
Nowadays I ALWAYS go to bed at around 11:00 to 11:30 and rarely earlier if I'm really tired and have to go somewhere early the next day. I guess I just got used to it for not particular reason.
 
You know the time of night when you get tired and start thinking that you should go to bed? I usually go to bed about two hours after that. Lately it's been around the 3:00 - 5:00am range. But then I always sleep into the afternoon unless I've got an alarm set and something to do that morning, like school or work.

Strange fact: my body is super dumb, and if I go to bed too much earlier than I'm used to (like any time before midnight or 1:00am) I will fall asleep and wake up three hours later. It is always three hours later. I'll feel refreshed when I wake up as though I've had a full night's sleep, so I won't be able to get back to bed. Then I'll stay up for about two hours and hang around on the internet, and then I'll get really really tired again and go to bed. And then proceed to sleep into the afternoon.
 
I seem to be averaging out at 11pm mid-week these days now. I'm still just as tired when I get up mind, I hate mornings -_-

Weekends are still just whatever time I decide to slink off, but if I'm bored and have no plans, I might be in bed before midnight again, but then I get even longer in bed with a lie iiiiiiiiin

depends what shift I have the next day if its an early shift 23:00 if its a late 01:00 at the latest and if its a night then at about 08:00-09:00 AM depending when I get in from work.

if its a day off then whenever i feel tired or a lecture day then around 00:00.
 
I barely ever go to bed. I'm always up. On school nights, I usually end up going to sleep at 4(last night I did at 5), and getting only 4 or 3 hours of sleep. :gasp: But I guess I'm kinda used to it now.

On weekends/breaks/whatever, I usually stay up for days, or go to bed at 10:00 in the morning the next day. I even stay up all night on school nights sometimes.

I really need to start going to bed around 12, because I'm always late to school because of this. Har har. :awesome:
