For lunch I had a simple sandwich on a wheat hamburger bun. The Sammy included five slices of Black Forest Ham, roasted Turkey breast, Vermont White Cheddar, and sauteed Portabello Mushrooms and red onions.

 I tend to have it plain now, with soya milk. Went off bananas and I no longer feel I need to add honey. 





 I have eaten far too much today; a light dinner really was all I needed. 
 All gorgeous food though.
