So I'm putting on weight and it sucks.
I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted but lately I've noticed two evil kilos added on to my normal number. They weren't gradually added on either, it was instantaneous!
So for those of you who are able to maintain your weight by watching what you eat, what do you do?
Do you skip junky bad food altogether and only eat healthy?
I can never seem to eat just salads and things like most people who try and watch their weight. My body craves more than just that. =(
I really don't want to be one of those girlfriends who lets it all go just because she has a boyfriend. It's the worst thing anyone can do, losing that respect for themselves.
