I meant such as Silent Hill, Resident Evil etc which have games and films. :wacky:

So, I'd assume, yes, like Resident Evil, and zombies, because like.... Resident Evil has zombies omnomnom-ing your brains out. Both movie and game wise.

Pop out? What the hell does that mean?

A pop out signature is where you have a normal signature with an actual image or brushes popping out from outside the canvas.

(Credit to whoever made that, found on google)

It's just basically that you need to have it pop out of the signature on a transparant background. =)

Or. For example, Big Casino's (Lew's) current Biffy Clyro sig would most likely be considered that too.

I didn't get it at first either.
But it's like part of the sig actually pops out of the boundaries. As in its shape is not totally rectangular. Here's an example I found that I really like. Hope I helped ~

for the sake of sanity il never ever make another pop out sig ever again. I did one for a callout with someone aaaages ago and it was horrible -.-
I remember a while back we had a theme that was basically.

'non rectangular'

id like to see that one done again

I was thinking of using Non-Rectangular the next time I put up guidelines, now that you mention it xD

I remember mits won it last time with thee oval shaped one with i think it was a fairy on it. It was pretty ace.
At the time i was so baffled as to how she did it, but now i know |)

Ooooo, I got a great idea for this new one. But heck if I know if I can get it to work. :\

Be sure to save it as a PNG image, otherwise the transparent parts of the tag will be white. There are some excellent tutorials on the internet on how to do a transparent signature if you're unsure how. ^^

Ok. I'm going to give everyone til tomorrow morning of the AM (around 10am GMT) to get entries to me.

I can put sotw up but like Mark, I prefer to put both SotW and AotW up at the same time.

So 10am tomorrow, GMT, the threads will go up.

(Hopefully by then I'll have at least one more aotw entry)

Ive been pretty buzzed about this theme and my minds drawn a total blank at what i should do.
Im assuming we can go slightly bigger than the usual 200x500? as most of the entries were over that size in the pop out tag theme.

I can't do it.

I think I've scrapped about five ideas for the sake of making one, (seeing friggin' photoshop quit on me after my first attempt, which I was happy with for a change). I'm too frustrated and occupied with making it seem like the first one, which is turning out like shit, and only wearing on my nerves.

RANT.

I'm not entering this week. Well, the summer theme that is.
