But since we're on the subject of "first time entering", I don't remember much besides me sucking totally bad, XD.
 
I have enough Sigs to make the threads, but only one avatar; which is why I didn't put the threads up last night. Unless I get an avatar sometime today, in which case I'll put up both threads immediately, I'll put up the signature thread at 6pm tonight.
 
I'm thinking of making SOTW 170 a "FFF Banner" contest, with the winning piece becoming the banner used on the old style skin, but, I'm not too sure how many people would enter that. :hmmm:

Why not make this a side contest?

I'd love for the old skin to have a new banner, seeing that's the skin I use. It could use something flashy.
 
Because each time we've tried, it hasn't taken off at all. At least if it was a SOTW theme, we'd be guaranteed some entries :lew:

That's true. Though I'm still not sure if it's a good idea for SOTW, but that's just my opinion. :lew: Who knows.

SOTW might actually be able to pull it off.
 
Sorry for the confusion with SOTW / AOTW results this week, I have no way of contacting Vikki to ask who made what, hence the rather unprofessional way of announcing the results; but I thought it's best to get some guidelines up and keep things moving rather than keeping everyone in limbo.

So, um, what does freestyle necessarily mean? Does this apply to sig shape or just whatever theme we want, or is it supposed to be abstract?
 
It means you can use whatever theme you want - basically, there is no theme. You have to stay within the size guidelines though.
 
The section is starting to get really overwhelmed with Stickied Threads, so can the creators of the pieces in SOTW 167 and AOTW 117 please come forward so I can remove them from the section? Thanks in advance.
 
Maaaaan... I wish I could've known they were going up this early... I wouldn't have had rushed my sig just now, after realizing the threads already went up... :gonk:
