hey i just seen that birthweek is next week..... and i'm going to run a replay comp over at the fanclub... but i'm just wondering if rather than it just being a club thing making it a birthweek event :) what i would do is send entries to me and then a voting thread will be created.... then the winner could maybe get 500 vb points, second get 250 and thrid gets 100 XD people would vote for their top video via a voting thread :D
 
it when everybody puts a video of a battle... and then people vote to see who has the most skill.... we done two now and it has been very sussessful... so it basicly who has the best skill in battle in dissidia :D
 
a normal dissidia battle... didn't you know... you can save and upload fight you have on dissidia XD the best feature a game has ever added do you even know what dissidia is :mokken:
 
This is fine and dandy, although did you want to tie the points alongside the Birthweek points / prize? Just making sure, because if that's the case then I wouldn't recommend 500 points for 1st winner. More like 200 > 100 > 50 points.
 
ohhhhhhh ive never even played dissidia

I thought you meant filming pretend fights at home or something :wacky:

yh you can tie it along with birthweek point prizes the points level was just to give the idea out :) points can be whatever you chosse ;)

i got a yes.... i'm impressed XD

Oh goodness me, we must host a FFF Fight Club competition next year now that this idea is floating around. Of course, the staff at Final Fantasy Forums will not be responsible for any torn ligaments, unwarranted hospitalisations, grievous bodily harm, substantial loss of blood, loss of limbs or deaths. :wacky:

And to make this semi-relevant to the OP - sure, I don't see why this can't go ahead. It shouldn't be problematic squeezing it in if there is enough demand from folks.

Oh my god I really laughed at this. FFF fight club... what the hell. That would be really funny and haha the staff will not be responsible for anything. :lew: There is no way that this would happen.. but it sure as hell would be a good laugh.. especially the people who hate each other. xD
 
I'd say for this to work there would at least need to be 8+ people competing otherwise this competition is a bit biased. A lot of folks didn't bother buying dissidia here at FFF due to it being a fighter, instead of the typical RPG.

Though if you can get the people together, Lady Yuna, I will vouch for it. Otherwise you get a no from me.
 
Hmm, Shu does make a very good point here, especially due to the nature of the competition. I'll have to support him on this one.
 
oh shoot i'm not sure if i'm gonna get 8 people.... i only know of 5 people that upload dissidia videos on this site.... oh well was worth a try thanks for the help guys :D
