We all know I'm a flatulent person by nature, but bugger me, I had this (most immense) curry last night, and it's not half given me the farts, it started not long after it settled in my stomach last night, knocked out a few burps, and have pretty much been parping ever since. Im hoping this wil passs later

But it got me wondering, is there specific foods that will affect you in some way like that? I know on the odd occassion when I have something eggy, and it's usually in scrambled form, it makes me proper poorly, and I get really eggy burps. So if I have plans, I tend to avoid anything eggy like that just incase...

Brandy makes me instantly sick as well

Absolutely EVERYTHING makes me burp, and curries tend to make me fart. Alot. I never get the squits mind, which people tend to report from a curry

Oh, veg bloats me well bad, and Ive no idea why, if anyone could shed some light on that, it would be most appreciated. It never used to... but it got me off the boiled veg/soup diet becuase it made me that bloated that it was just a waste of time, even though I was losing the weight, the bloating just made up for it :hmph:

I really hope these farts pass before my date later :rage:

Any kind of cream sauce like Alfredo. I literally won't make it out of the restaurant - I think it's just the combination of dairy + olive oil. A lot of funny looks when you pay your bill then the waitress sees you just walking out 20 minutes later after a marathon in the head.

I used to be alergic to milk and I can pretty much tolerate it now, however, it still makes my stomach a little sick after I drink it.

If I eat Ketchup or anything spicey, I will get hives. I don't feel sick or anything, people just like to point them out.

If I drink Natural Milk (not pasteurized), I'd prolly end up vomiting after the first step, it's something in my stomach that can stand it.

Fat on meat, the moment that thing enters my mouth, I'll end up vomiting as well. XD

Farts and what not, I only get that if I eat my stuff when I'm feeling kinda cold, it makes my stomach upset. <_<

I guess I'm not much of an eater, if it's something I don't really love. >_>

You should try my 'Diablo' chili, 13 years to get it right! Cookin' some up right now. My recipe uses mushrooms but the secret ingredient? Well, it's secret! BTW I'm a massive James fan! Love the pic!

If I eat anything like kebabs or curry I will not get away from the toilet. >.<

I choose never to eat them anymore. It's just not worth it.

Also potato makes me bloat like crazy. But I love it and I would never stop eating it. XD

Also Chinese, Thai etc make me sick as anything. I'll only have a few bites and I want to throw up. I don't know what they cook their food in but it freakin' makes me want to hurl every time I smell it now. <_<

I don't usually have a problem with digesting food, but I do get really itchy sometimes from certain things, like if I have too many strawberries on an empty stomach, or too much whipped cream :hmmm: Sometimes orange juice as well.

I have a very weak stomach, so most food has the side effect of making me feel quite ill...I'm a very picky eater, so I'm not sure how much of it would make me physically sick, though. I'd prefer not to find out.

As much as i love bacon whenever i eat it, its like...all my energy is drained from me.
Everyday at work id have a bacon and egg sanny from the van and id always be tired afterwards. I put it down to lack of sleep. It wasnt until i started having a sandwich instead that i really noticed the difference in how i felt. I avoid it almost always at work as if yer tired yer day tends to drag on longer than it should.

Aside from that my belly is pretty solid tbh and can handle most foods. Though one dodgy chinese and my head will be doon the toilet :hmph:

The obvious: fats on meat. My dad's side of the family is very big on this (the males anyway), and I just find it so disgusting! I'll also add pork to the list. I rarely eat pork...maybe once every 4-6 months and when I do, I'll feel like puking right after.

Other than that, I love many dishes from all over the world. From Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Mongolian, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, etc. Many people can't tolerate so many variety all at once, but my stomach can handle them.

I'm pretty much the same.

I don't really get a bad stomach from food directly, but there have been rare times that I've just wanted to lie down because it hurts so bad. >_>

If I eat Burger King burgers I get sick. It has nothing to do with chemicals or anything. I just find their burgers to be disgusting in general.

If I eat anything even slightly spicy, then I get the squirts. It could be fucking mild and my ass turns into a water gun.

Anything I eat that is fried (chicken, rice, or anything cooked with loads of vegetable oil) will eventually give me a massive headache an hour or two later I would kill to make go away. That and a lot of foods with tons of sugar in them go right through me. Say if I eat a lot of chocolate cake or a Hershey bar, it shouldn't be long before I'm in the bathroom. I love my metabolism, but it can be odd at times .

I found out I was allergic to shrimp after, of all things, eating a whole dish made of spicy shrimp. It was horrible as I was itching for most of the next two days nonstop. Couldn't sleep, couldn't function normally. Thankfully the semester hadn't started yet so I didn't miss anything particularly important.

I suppose I'm now lactose-intolerant as well. Everytime I drink whole milk my tumbly would soon thereafter go into convulsions and it'd be loo time soon afterward. :sad3:
Maybe it isn't exactly lactose-intolerance as I can eat cheese for some reason, but milk just makes me really woozy/ill whenever I ingest it.

Regular cow milk will have me on the toilet for days at a time. My whole family had to suffer through this for months, until we realized it was the milk that got us. Pretty badly too.

Most veggies make my throat itch like crazy. I still have no idea why. Whenever we eat veggies,I have to have at least two water bottles next to me. So that I can drink them to get rid of the itchy.

There are other foods that give me slight problems. Pork is one. I'll probably be on the toilet for the night. Ehh, oh well. :D

The first thing that came to mind is pork. I cannot stand to eat anything that comes from pig. Even pork bacon is a once in a while thing, I do eat turkey bacon though as a substitute. Lately spicy foods have given me bad heartburn and diarrhea, which is sad cause I LOVE spicy foods. I just make sure to have the Tums nearby. As for gas, I fart like everybody does. There isn't really a food I can think of right now that gives it to me.

Oh wait there is... McDonald's food. Only cause I worked there for 7 years, I get horrible indigestion from some of it.

It's strange but I've never had a problem with any foods. I'm the type of person who never seems to gain weight and I can eat around 500g of chocolate without feeling 'full' or sick. It's extremely strange. Though there are some foods that make me feel sick purely due to my mental perception of them. Ham for example *vomits*

usually if i have problems with food it just results in me shitting myself to death. i dont have the pleasure of the spicy, hot, slightly nippy farts.

fortunately i always make it to the toilet but when the day comes that i cant i wont feel any shame.

Lucky! :)

Also, whenever I eat something before I get sick, usually the very last thing, always makes me feel sick afterwards. An example of this would be the Chex Mix I had the night I got sick. Those used to be my favorite snack, but after I got over my sickness I had, I never looked at them the same again. Actually, I can't look at them at all now without feeling urges to vomit everywhere.

I maybe the only human being in the known universe where chocolate puts me to sleep. If I have trouble sleeping, all I need to do is eat chocolate. The only kind of chocolate(drink in this case) that doesn't have this affect on me is Hot Cocoa. All fruit punches make me drowsy as well.

For reasons unknown, apples bring epic pain to my stomach.
