I went for 'Plate 2: Mitsuki: Paissa Curry (2018)'. I love the way she crafted the Paissa face. It was so lifelike. I bet it tasted like Shace.

I also enjoyed doing the magazine article about it when we featured it during issue 2 of our Timber Maniacs magazine.
