Australia/New Zealand. Something has always struck me about the two, New Zealand is definitely a place for the scenery, my dad's friend lived there for a bit and said it's absolutely amazing. He lived in Australia too for AGES and said it was one of the best times of his life, though I think it appeals to me more because it's pretty much the complete opposite of the UK for what I'm looking for. Definitely looking to go there for a month or two after uni anyway.
Canada. Not really sure why, it looks like a pretty nice place to go. The thought of being stuck in a cabin-like-hotel round a fire in a blizzard sounds pretty soothing.
Japan. Out of sheer interest but I think I'd hate being there for long.

. I'd love to get to Barcelona and gaze in awe at the architecture. Or eat paella in Valencia. I'd love to go hiking the missionary trail to Santiago Compostela, which has been travelled for centuries or just bask around in Madrid's cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Italy has to be visited at least once. Back when I was there it was just so breathtakingly beautiful. Venice, Rome, Vatican, Milano, Florence etc. I will go back someday as I hail from there.
