Sony Reported a few days ago that Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger would be released on the US PSN Store this week, Sony has just reported via their Twitter that this news was a mistake, and therefore Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI will not be Released for this week

Comon what is this? I finally get a chance to have a copy of Chrono Trigger again and Sony or Square have to screw it up! Comon I just want it back again!

I expect that Sony and Microsoft and soon Nintendo will destroy my hopes of even wanting video games... I'm going to start playing crappy games on FB Soon and say screw it to any hope of Sony Microsoft or Nintendo actually being honest soon.

Well it's not much better than adding 360 to the end of their console or a 2 and a 3 :hmmm:

Are you mentally challenged? The Wii U, when it's released, will be a much more powerful console than it's predecessor, in fact it will be the most powerful console on the market. I don't understand how that's any worse than going from PS2 -> PS3 when they didn't even bother with a new controller!

Also, please learn the difference between "your" and "you're". You're not a 12 year old, so don't type like one.






Anyways, disappointed that I can't buy FFVI and CT tomorrow but understandable how one person can make a mistake like that. Hopefully, all the buzz that the "announcement" created will be enough to convince Square/Sony actually release FFVI (and FFV please!) on the PSN.
 
Oh well, we are back to where we were the day before the announcement... Disappointing but no big deal. They still may release soon.
 
I'd rather you refrain from flailing insults at each other and turn down the rhetoric, people. This will be the only warning I will give and the only call for civility I will give in this thread before I begin deleting anything or hand out infractions if any of you feel the need to continue.
 
I am very disappointed, but oh well, I still have it for DS (If I can even find it)

I'd rather they put Chrono Cross on the PSN already, I've been waiting long enough

Is this a fact? I would like to see proof or anything tht resembles proof. PM me or profile message the links.

I could have sworn FF6 is on EU psn store already, but Chrono Trigger WOW I wasnt aware of tht. I might buy it :ohoho:
 
Is this only for a certain region? Someone I know said they got it on the PSN :hmmm:
 
FFVI is on the PSN for the UK, but Chrono Trigger isn't. At least, insofar as I know. I'm not sure about the US yet, but I'm going to presume it isn't, if people are complaining about it. You know, you could always make a UK PSN account and download it from that...it's a nuisance, but if they're faffing about with it and you don't want to wait...
