Ok, so I was mad when some fucking NPC took all. my. gil. DAMON

And I get sent to some place, with like NO potions, no money to BUY any, and no npc's to chat to in said RIP OFF of a place, just a cock of a 'monster' called Twilight Thorn

DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT JUST HIT ME FOR?!

Interesting, i chose not to fight the Twilight thorn after scanning it, maybe that was where you went wrong, it was your own fault for starting a fight with the twilight thorn in the first place

The Thorn is designed to be a party battle. xD You NEED more than 1 person to stand a chance cos of its one hit kill :gasp:

Teddie Bear took 5000 of my gils too, except no portal opened up because it was already on the world map at that stage. So then I went on to smash that desert worm guy, who was actually quite weak.

Thank god for the heads up Rikku, I was just about to give that teedy bear trip ago and I probably would have made a rant thread like this myself afterwards.

From what I've heard the twilight thorn needs a proper group of characters in and above level 30 to take him down.
 
You managed to kill him........ wow. *Looks at paine in a new light*

Anyway he takes a good group of ppl to take out.
 
As long as you have a heavy hitter or two and someone to heal you should defeat him easilly, we defeated that boss some 4-5 times so far.

The two undefeated bosses are Asura and Odin, yet. They have their days counted. ^_~
 
Well with my level now I can join in the destruction of these bosses, I can heal/deal dmg as I'm a mage, if u need my help dropping one give me a call.
 
You remember Ruby Weapon, right? well Odin is a similar toned version of him.
And has some spells we don't know yet, But a party of 4 lvl 30 players should be able to teach him a lesson. Asura is a version of me with the infamous spell; Haste and better stats and spells. :P

Halia is easy, except he also has a 1-hit ko but can easilly be beaten by two or more players.
 
Il be looking for people to help me take him down soon, I need my revenge.... although Im not ready to be humiliated again, ima gain afew levels and lick me wounds first :wacky:

So like, get levelling Vikki!

Can I join in bashing the hell out of that thieving beer, right now I'm destroying some harpies. I'll be ready for those bosses shortly.

I beat him when I was 26, Vikki was 30, Ruka was 30 and Kei was 22 :D And we beat him with ease.

Soon going to finish off Asura ... but if the lag continues we will fail :D

Anyway, gang up and you win easily!
