For me it was "Saeglopur" by Sigur Ros

Mod Edit: Please make sure that you will elaborate on your posts in the future, thank you.

World behind my Wall by Tokio Hotel (I LOVE these guys)

This song made me cry because I know exactly how they feel...

I've never full out CRIED to a song, but Give me Novacaine has given some tears, particularly while playing it. I relate to that song so well.

And Hero of War because that song is damn sad.

Hmm, I don't really remember crying over a song but some songs that I feel connected to sometimes gives me chills and I might get a bit teary but I don't really recall "crying" over a song.
Traveling Solider was a good song that gave me chills along with immortal. Those songs are pretty songs :) There are other songs that I cannot think of atm :wacky:

Anything James Blunt to be honest. XD

The main one that really gets the tears flowing is Goodbye My Lover.

It came out near the time one of my older boyfriends broke up with me and this song really suited how I felt at the time. >.<

Still does make me cry, simply because it sounds sad. >.<

Never Say Never by The Fray.

Sounds like a song mourning for someone or pleading for them not to let go, as said in the lyrics. It's an emotional one, accompanied by the piano being played beautiful.

Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap

I used to be a HUGE fan of the OC, so I listened to this song the other day and started tearing up because it reminded me of Marissa's death. She was probably my favorite character off of the show. I thought this was the song that plays during her death scene, but I discovered later that it wasn't. In any case, the song just makes me feel sad whenever I listen to it.

I only cry at songs very rarely... in fact, the only two I can think of are 'Orenji no Taiyou' by Gackt and Hyde and 'That Day' by Tokio Hotel.
'Orenji no Taiyou' because it is the soundtrack of one of my favourite films that is also one of the saddest films I've ever seen, and the song reminds me of it.
'That Day' probably because I can kind of relate to it...

"Alibi" by 30 Seconds To Mars. When I first heard it, I was working on a really emotional part in a story I'm writing, and it went along perfectly well with what was going on, especially the intensity of the song and the way it builds up from being quiet in the beginning to really powerful towards the end, it just made me tear up. :'(

I never cried during a song but theres one song that freakin makes me feel sad

Bleach- soundscape to ardor

I recommend all of you to listen to this song, but i love it,its one of my favorite songs ever despite being very sad.

I think the song was Possessional from Sarah McLachlan. I felt tears coming up during that song when I heard it the first time. I just have a weakness to piano songs

The Fray - How to save a life
I think it's obvious why this made me cry. It's a generally depressing song. It's nice but it does bring a tear to my eye.
Bear in mind it was the first time i heard it when i cried. But I still listen to it today:)

Same! I was going to post this, but Joey, you said it all.

Well to be 100% honest i have never felt upset over a song, in fact aries theme puts a lump in my throat but it doesn't make me cry

I haven't cried over a song, but I do get really teary and emotional.

The last song to effect me like that was Fields Of Gold, sang by Eva Cassidy. It's a brilliantly moving song by itself, and Eva Cassidy has a really pretty voice, but it just got to me because she's dead, it really moved me.

the last song that really brought a tear to my eye was "Heaven (9/11 Mix)" by DJ Sammy. Its a great song on its own but then someone went an added a little girl talking bout her daddy that died in the twin towers on 9/11. LISTEN TO IT!!! YOU WILL CRY!!!

I...actually have a small list of songs that get me teary-eyed ;_;

Cat's in the Cradle - Harry Chapin
What a Wonderful World - Louis Armstrong
A Boy and His Frog - ??? (Can't remember who that was by.)
If We Hold On Together - Diana Ross

Tina Cousins - Wonderful Life

Just came up on my playlist.

I remember this being the theme song for the Mary Bryant two part series.

It was a sad series based on the events of Mary Bryants life when she was sent to Australia as a convict.

It was just really emotional listening to this song after seeing everything that Mary went through in her life.

It's a beautiful and relaxing song too, but always gets me a little teary.

"Is Anybody Out There?" By K'naan

It's a really nice song. It always brings back memories of when I was being bullied and how I felt like I was alone. But also when I hear it I feel happy because I didn't give up. I didn't let bullies bring me down. I passed the tests each year. While my bullies were probably doing drugs.
