Hey Argie thanks so much for posting all of that. I am so tempted to get the beta now so I can finally get on my ps3 again xD. Oh wow it has IMPROVED A LOT since Uncharted II. They made it more like Halo/CoD where you can make an emblem for yourself. The multiplayer customization heh I saw it coming since they said they wanted UC III to compete with Halo and CoD.. Oh as for the black guy I am sure he is a main character like Argie said. Hostage mode looks great and the maps as well. Yeah I know what you mean about the customization Argie.. but hopefully that does not happen xD.

What's a 3D TV? Is that the same as HDTV...? First time I've heard of a 3D TV.

Anyway, thanks for the information, guys. I see you can customize your weapons - that's pretty tight! I want to say I'm thinking of getting the beta for this, but I'm not sure if I understand the details. It says it'll be open for everyone...but is it for the Playstation Plus members only and to those who will buy Infamous 2 on June 7?

You can put on 3d glasses and certain elements will appear 3Dish mits. Like 3d films at the cinema.
Never seen a 3d tv myself but theyre still fairly new so theyre probadly not much to boast about tbh.

You can get in the beta early if you buy infamous 2 or if you are a PS plus member.

I think it's only if you want to get in "early" Mits

Elena is clearly the best character . It is going to be so great to finally have a villain that is female. In UC I and II there were no females. Hopefully the add more female villains though because in UC II all the villains were guys xD. Early beta for those who buy infamous 2 and playstation network plus. I am sure it will be available to everyone.. Also anyone know how long the UC II beta was? I mean I never played the beta of UC II. Just to get an idea of how long this one will be though..

I'm loving it so far. Looks like there's plenty of things to do for multi-player. I seriously expect all of us to gather together on UC3's lobby on November 1st.

Does anyone know if they're still keeping the multiplayer campaign to 3 characters only? I hope they increase the number to 4. It always sucked whenever a friend has to sit out because there's not enough room.

Yeah Mits I expect us all to as well. I really can not wait for that as we have not had a game in awhile... with everyone moving to different games and such. Oh I am not sure about co-op and I do agree that 3 people for it sucked. Since they are basically improving everything the co-op should be much better. Also everyone will have access to the beta on July 5th Mits according to this. I can wait it out I mean.. I dont want to buy any of those just to play on june 28th. Ill just wait for the 5th. I think that if Chloe does not appear then she'll likely get a reference or two. Some of the UC1 characters got references in UC2 (mainly Eddy Raja), so I can believe that Chloe will get references at least in Drake's Journal if she is not seen in the storyline.

I also think this is early days for them showing us characters. They're not flooding us with new or returning characters, but instead are gradually introducing us to the cast.

We know Drake, Sully and Elena are returning. We know that there is to be a female villain named Katherine Marlowe. We also now know that there is to be a black character, likely an ally for Drake and Sully, but as far as I am aware we do not know his name, or indeed anything about him at all yet.

There is still time for them to announce the rest of the cast.

I like Chloe a lot as well... just not as much as Elena though . Well Kira you never know. The game is still a few away from launch and they have not revealed much characters yet. I know you want her in the story but if she is not there she is obviously in Multiplayer. Something tells me she will appear though somewhere in the story.

Wait, I must have missed this part. What's the callout function do?

It was one of the booster slots he named. In a nut shell, anyone you scope in on will be automatically called out to all your allies, therefor appearing on everyone's radar. If you have someone hanging back and sniping on your team with this perk, you could keep tabs on everyone on the field even if your sniper is not a steady shot.

IGN posted the clips as part of their ‘Week of Uncharted 3‘ feature. Today’s article provides in-depth insight as to what the multiplayer beta will be all about, including its maps and modes. It starts on June 28 for PlayStation Plus subscribers and inFAMOUS 2 voucher holders, and on July 4 for the rest of the crowd. It’ll end July 13.

Has there been any list of weapons that will be returning? I'll be pissed off if they lose my FAL in transition. I know the AK and Dragon Sniper return, but....FAL?
