Strangely, I checked the Google Person Finder 3 minutes ago, and it still said 'Someone is seeking information about this person', and now it's 'Someone has reached information that this person is alive.'

Agreed. If it is a joke. People really shouldn't do this sort of thing. Right now, there really are people missing and or possibly dead. Making this horrible situation into a joke is just terrible of someone to do.

I mean, what if Nomura's family saw this and just by chance hadn't talk to him in a while, they'd be worried beyond belief. And that's just so mean to put people through.
 
If he's the Director then Versus 13 is definitely going to be postponed.

I won't be surprised if people on Twitter are up to some insensitive mischief in spreading rumours that a bunch of Japanese celebrities are dead or missing. Nomura isn't the only one I've seen rumoured to have been caught up in the tsunami.
 
Didn't the official Square Enix Twitter say that everything was okay?

If this is true mind, I hope he gets found, for his family's sake more than anything.

Satoshi Tajiri was rumored to have been dead and he isnt. The Pokemon creator cant die early!
 
hmmmm i read on squares twitter that everybody is safe...... but like others said they did this with the creator of pokemon this morning.... soooo it shouldnt be true

Yeah exacly! and comments like ''now XIII versus will be delayed'' is uneccessary too cuz there is much more importain things to worrie about now.
