I voted for #1.

It's blended in really well with the background unlike the others. The rest seem to sit on top of the background. Though #4 isn't that bad actually.

#1's colours are great and the texture gives off a rough feeling. Love the border and the text is okay. >_< Love the dark shadows around the character as well.

I must say number 3 was beautiful. The colors were great for the siggy. DBZ is not something I like but my vote is 3

I think the background colors blended perfectly.
I felt the text was a good choice and in a good spot.
I felt that the image was suited for that type of colors that were used and it's very appealing.

I voted for number two.

It's different from the styles I usually see. Interesting choice of colors and it caught my eye right away. I like the text very much too. A little more blending of the stock, but it's a minor problem considering how nice this piece is. Great job!
 
I'm voting for number one, IMO it is blended the best. There isn't really a clear line where the render ends and the background begins, it all flows together pretty well. I must say though that I am not a fan of the text. But I'm still voting for number one this week.
 
I'm going with number one, though I'm not even sure my reasons for justifying it are fair...
I actually think the choices this week are really tough and the only thing that helped make up my mind was the fact that the first entry has a distinct feel similar to Street Fighter 4. Now, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but it definitely made it stand out. Of course this isn't the only reason I'm making it my choice; it probably has the best blending and choice of colours of the lot and also has the best text of the selections available.
 
Imma go with number 1, though it lacks color IMO, it's pretty well-blended in the signature.

Number 2 is good. However, it's kind of blurry and it's well obvious it's a render.

number 3 I like the background it's quite fancy and cool. However, 18 should be blended a bit more.

number 4 would have been my second choice but the colors in it weren't just going well with the render.

Only like Number 3 really...the others just don't do much for me.

I like how the image just like glares out lol XD
 
My vote is to #3. The signature looks simple, and i just love the c4d effect in the background. Awesome colour pick for the background and the lighting and darkening looks very good and was well done.
 
Number 2 was fantastic, the colours blended right in, and the character (not a fan)
was looking in the right direction, and i like the fact that its got the writing along the edge of the body. it got my vote straightaway.

I liek the image nd the background and the colours, there's nothing about it I don't like and it looks different which is always a good thing. It's just really snazzy
 
Number 2 for me, i like the colours in it and its nice and bright yet easy on the eye. The text placement is a brave choice but it works really well in my oppinion. So No2 it is :)
 
I'm voting for One.

One is really the only one where it looks like the maker took care to blend. The text is good, and I like the dimensions a lot. It simply stuck out to me as the most well-done of the bunch.

Two is unique, I suppose...but I think it's rather plain and not blended at all. As Kei said before, the render isn't of highest quality, and it shows.

If the render used in Three had been blended, this would've gotten my vote. The background is interesting, and the simple choice for text is good as well.
 
I have to vote number one. Even though it is not the best it has the best work done on it.
