The theme this week is Black and White. Please remember, that while posting isn't necessary in order to count your vote, it is encouraged.

Also, please remember that you CANNOT vote for your own entry, and you will be disqualified from this SOTW, and the next two SOTWs if you do so.

I'm diggin number four to be honest. I once had a celebraty crush on Milla hahaha but I like the way the render is blended. It is actually quite a niice piece. The speckls that appear also give it a nice effect.
 
I voted for #4.

I love the richness of the black and white.

Lovely lighting and the patterns around her look very pretty!

The font looks really nice and the text is positioned well.

Not a real fan of the border but other than that, great work!

I'm NOT entering next week...

Anyway, its hard foe me to cnc all 13, so I'll pick out the ones I like better:

1: I'm loving the concept of this (yes, I'm all about the concept) as for the actual 'how to' of the sig, it could've been better. The brushing on the top layer was a bit blocky and awkward. Font could be improved as well.

3: Oh gee, I wonder who made this one =) Anyways, It's a very nice sig. I love the brushing and blurring bg that really makes her stand out too. Awesome text effects and the border suits well.

5: Omgg, this is sooo cute^^ Lovely concept here =) I love all the hearts brushes and the black and white text...OMG OMGG!!! It doesn't look like it has a lot of depth though, which is fine because I'm guessing it doesn't really suit. Loves it^^

11: really love the simplicity of this. Usually I'm not a big fan of super wide tags, bt this is really nice. I love all the brushes, they create a nice texture about the tag, verry pretty!

In the end I went for no. 5 It doesn't matter if you don't agree with me but OMGGG! Its sooo cute!

The effects around the render make it look sexy. and I really like the font, so yeah that gets my vote ^^
 
#5. It looks to me like everybody else just made a sig that happened to be black and white. This one looks like it actually used black and white as the theme of the signature.
 
As much as I usually dislike girly-pics, the background effects in numbah four are just sexy. I'm not even voting for it either just cause people in this thread liked it. The glow effect around the image works well with the B&W design.

The background along with the design added a nice touch to the overall image IMO the font suits the picture and I liked the lil design surrounding Pink. She looks astonishing.
Well done to all keep it up ^^
 
I voted 4.

First of all I think the image as a whole looks really heavy and bold, which I really like. The border is thick and out there. A really nice use of black and white.

Definitely my favourite out of the bunch.
 
I had to go with #4! I thought it was so beautifully put together. Nice focal point and nice eye movement throughout the piece. The only thing about it that really bothers me about it is the text. But other than that it's my favorite out of the ones up there.
 
right... I'm an idiot, and clicked the wrong little circle to vote because there's so many, so I've asked Vikki to change my vote to what I meant it to be. Silly Jess is silly.
 
Of all those that I saw, #11 really stood out for me. Props to everyone for following the theme, but I think this one deserves my vote because the black and white colours blend in together to make it complete.
 
changed it. Doesn't show your vote for the one you wanted though... not sure how to actually do that if it's even possible. XDDDD
 
I'm voting for #4 although in truth #11 is probably my personal favourite. Really though it's a bit too bright and there's a lot more stuff going on in the fourth one. I really do like the text in both of them though.
 
Although the lighting is really strong, I did like 12. It looks very simple and clean and I think the text looks really great. (y)
