I can't imagine these being used either. They look like a combination of foot-gloves and flip-flops.
They don't even look very smart either. I didn't think that kind of thing could be allowed in an office. It looks more like the kind of thing people would wear either at home, at the gym, or at some crazy interpretive dance group.
