Hey everyone, new to FFF, but a lifelong FF fan, since number 1, when I got the nintendo power strategy guide for FF1 for xmas when I was 10, but no game. Loved the game before I even played it a few months later. Anyways, love them all, but enjoy the SNES classics the most. HUGE FF collector, focusing on stuff not sold to the public like posters, displays, signs, standees, promos, etc., but I'm working on games, guides, and soundtracks and other stuff as money permits. Love the art and the music immensely, like most of you.

Hope to meet other fans and collectors and tap folks for help with obscure FF questions/trivia. Thanks and glad to be here.

P.S. Have one question off the bat if anyone cares to assist, couldn't find the answer with our trusty friend google. Who was the artist that created the original logo for FF1 for the U.S. release, pic attached. Thanks if anyone knows!

Welcome to the forum!

As far as the box cover goes I'm not sure, it could of been Yoshitaka Amano, I know he was the artist on the first game in general.

Welcome to the forums Mr Kefka! Don't touch the three warring god statues :ahmed: . It could ruin the world completely :sad3:

Welcome to the forum. =]

I know Amano did the art for FF1 famicom version and most of the others but I don't think he did the American version, not his style really.

It was rolph harris. What hes drawing there is a beautifull close up of the world map and what itd look like if it wasn't all pixels.
