Oooh that's even better than I imagined it to be, I like how sparkly it looks. He eyes and hair are amazing (green eyes are always a winner ;D) You've done a cracking job on the horse

I love the detail and the colour of her bodice/top thingy (such a way with words Kely)Her pants are abit dark though, I had a bit of trouble seeing them at first Thooough that coulsd be my monitor, hope you don't mind me saying!! It's perfect though!

That's because they are, Kel Her pants are black. Though I'm not sure why you had trouble seeing them... I can see them fine. It must be your monitor settings. Here's a screenshot of her:

Anyway, thanks so much you guys. I had fun with this one. I truly did. I do have a sketch to share though. This is a commissioned piece of Naraku from Inuyasha and the commissioner's OC, Redpaw. She wanted something similiar to a drawing I did of Sesshoumaru and Rin not long ago and so I sketched this up for her. It should be colored soon!

Thanks guys! x3 I do have a new one to post and this one I actually didn't post the sketch before I colored it, but if you want to see the sketch I'll be happy to post it up as well. Anyway, I couldn't help it. I HAD to do this piece tonight. After I sketched it, it was practically calling me. Anyway, a lot of you don't know but I am a fan of the band My Chemical Romance. I get annoyed when people label them as emo so PLEASE do not start that emo shit around me, okay? Anyway, one of my favourite songs of theirs is Helena. It's a song dedicated to the memory of Gerard and Mikey Way's grandmother as she died while the band was on tour if I'm not mistaken. The song Helena is about that.

Anyway, the girl who plays Helena in the video is named Tracy Phillips. She's an incredible dancer. There is a scene in the video where everybody in the church bows their heads and prays and Helena 'comes to life' so to speak and dances across the church while everyone prays. Her dancing is just spectacular in the video and she looked so beautiful and I just HAD to draw her. So this is the beautiful (and sadly deceased in the song) Helena dancing! The dress was a BITCH to do but well worth it I think. I had most fun with her hair and eyes, especially trying to give her that gothic/dead look she has in the video as well as keep her skin pale. So yeah, this is her. I'm really happy with this drawing! Hope you guys enjoy it too!

I really like the new picture there Mandi! The shading on the fabric (dress) is really well done and looks great. The colours really work well! I like how you added the feet in the top left corner of the picture. Makes it clear she is a dancer. I really like in this piece that the eyes are really big. I've always had a thing about pictures with big eyes. My one teacher won't let me doing those haha. It's one of his "rules" xD

Ah thanks so much, Kyle! Alright guys, as most of you know I'm a HUGE fan of 30 Seconds to Mars, especially Jared Leto who is their frontman/rhythm guitar player. I've been wanting to practice my realism as well as draw him for a very long time. So, I chose one of my favourite pictures of him which was very small and VERY hard to work off of. This is the image I chose:

So yeah it's not done, still lots of work to do on it...let me know what you guys think! I really need to work on realism more.

Really good drawing dear, I really like how you have captured all the little details such as the fray on the fingerless glove, and the eyes are spot on as well, I cant wait to see it in colour xD

Actually that's really good Mandi! The details are very inticrate, from the hair right down to the fingernails. I think you did great overall, but the eyes in particular were very well done.

What can I say? I think your push for realism has paid off really well! One big thing I love about it is his eye. It's practically perfect, especially the pupil and the dark shades you have done around the eye itself. It does look real.

Do carry on with it! You've done absolutely well.

I think I've said this before but you are very talented at drawing hair. I think so because I tried my hand at drawing and hair was an absolute biatch to pull off.

It flows very well and looks very natural.

I really need to work on realism more.

Bear in mind that I'm no expert but I would be inclined to say to add some more texture, in particular his gloves. Maybe make his eyes more bold and add some more shading to add to the darkness around them in the actual picture.

You pulled it off pretty well, the hair was done really well, and the fingers are decent too, really nice picture Mandi.

It really matches the picture very well Mandi! It's really spot on! The eye is just amazingly done so realistic. All i can see that would need improvement would be just to add shading. Like to the gloves and such. Though if you leave it as it is, it's really great!

Thanks so much for all the comments and such guys. As I said in the description, it's not done, hence the lack of shading. I still have loads of work to do on it. I'll post again once I've got him shaded and such. It'll probably be awhile though. Not sure how long it'd take me! xD

The hair looks the most realistic so far, it's just amazing. If it looks this good now, I can't wait to see it when you're done/farther along! x3 I hope you finish it soon, or at least work on it more. I wanna see it closer to done xD

Thank you JessJess babe Unfortunately I can't finish him the way I want to atm because I can't find my shading pencils ANYWHERE. Soooo, we're gonna have to make a trip back out to Rockford soon and swing by the art supply store to get me some new ones. So until then, Jared's on a hiatus.

Here are a couple of sketches I've been working on. The first one is of Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist in just a dress. I love Winry. Damon even referred to me as the Winry of FFF. Perhaps when I get bored with FFXIII, my next username will be Winry. So here's the sketch of her:

And last but not least, this fucking sketch took me AGES to do. Like 4 1/2 hours to sketch I believe. Anyway, it's the girls from FFXIII. I know the sketch probably looks like crap but I really don't feel like fixing it right now, so I'll fix the imperfections later. Anyway, here it is! Enjoy!
