Sorry if there is a thread already like this but I couldn't find any such thread if there is one. >.<
Anyway I was just wondering, how healthy are the people here at FFF?
Are you a fast food junkie who never makes their dinner and sits on the couch every night with a million packets of chips, lollies, chocolate etc?
Or are you someone who is a bit of both. Likes to eat healthy and have a bit of fun with the naughty stuff every now and then?
Or are you one of those people who never/rarely touches anything junkie. Never has takeaway etc?
I know a girl at work who literally goes and buys a cucumber from the shops and will eat that for lunch. Does this with a lot of other veges too, but the cucumber one was the funniest I ever saw her just eat as is. XD
She has such good self control. I never see her with anything BAD. I mean, eating a cucumber on it's own is a little strange, but it's obviously working for her.
Me, I usually eat very healthy all week.
If I have any soft drink, it's the diet stuff with only a few KJ's per serving. I am allowed an ice cream after dinner and that's it.
On the weekend I may have takeaway and some other junkie stuff if I wish, but that doesn't mean I will definitely splurge.
The main reasons I've begun to cut down on so many junkie foods is because:
#1 Even though I don't gain weight, it really can't be all that good for my insides.
#2 One day I will gain weight from it and I'd rather prepare myself now to eat right so that I don't gain weight later down the track. I don't want to be eating junkie food constantly and then find out one day that my pudge won't disappear in the mornings anymore. So if I play it safe now it shouldn't be all that bad.
So what about the rest of you? Discuss!
