I was just taught that twice a day was what HAD to be done.

I brush my teeth once in the morning after having a shower, and once at night just before going to bed. It has to be the last thing I do in the night for me just in case I feel thirsty and have to have a drink, or feel hungry and eat again in which case I'd feel the need to clean them again.

My teeth feel weird if I don't... All scratchy and stuff. They'd be pretty nasty if I didn't religiously clean my teeth every day.

I do it twice a day. At night, I floss, brush, and use fluoride mouthwash, and in the mornings I just brush. When I'm on vacation, though, I tend not to do it as much because I'm too vegetative to care.

I try to brush my teeth multiple times a day. Once when I wake up in the morning and once before I go to bed are pretty standard. Every once in a while, after a big meal perhaps, I'll try to squeeze in a brush. My teeth definitely aren't the whitest in the world. They won't blind you when I smile... but I do a decent job taking care of them, I think. I try to never have stinky breathe but who knows.

I usually brush my teeth twice a day, sometimes more if I feel the need to, and sometimes only in the morning if I'm too tired at night. I hate not brushing at night though because it feels so gross. D: I always always brush in the morning though, I couldn't stand the idea of going to school or whatever having not brushed my teeth. >_>

And I always use mouthwash too and a little bristly brush for inbetween my braces. -_- And fyi, using mouthwash AFTER brushing your teeth washes away all of the toothpaste left, so it's best to use it before you brush to give the toothpaste time to work. :monster:

Yes, I do brush my teeth twice a day. It would be gross for someone not to unless they had a good reason then fine.

Of course I do. xD

I do tend to 'forget' on sundays when I get up around 12 and just laze around in my jammies, though. I have a phobia of dirty teeth and that horrible, slimy feeling in the mornings. I know of one person who refuses to have his teeth brushed and must go to the dentist once a fortnight to have them polished. <_<

Ugh, thats like the worst thing ever. Like I COULD not imagine kissing a guy that had yucky yellow teeth and bad breath.:gonk:
I was always good at brushing and flossing still am-- I brush twice a day always and floss as well. I have pretty good teeth if i do say so myself :griin: I mean you only have one set of tooths/teeths :monster: is what i was told so yeah i always hopped right to it.

i brush my teeth once a day but everyday (do while im in the shower) but when i got to the dentish he say i have good teeth.

Yes but normally only in the morning, mouthwash in the evenings before I go to sleep though, I never understood those who don't brush their teeth :x

I do twice a day + mouthwash.
But lately becouse of my braces I have had troubles brushing becouse of the intense pain it have been giving me so I have been keeping myself to mouthwash only the last couple of weeks.
:se7:

I tend to prefer maintaining an acceptable appearance every day regardless of the occasion, so I always brush my teeth twice a day, once a day with some mouthwash if I need to. I like to be hygenic as well and I can't stand having morning breath.

Then again, I want to ask why some people don't brush their teeth. Lazy maybe, but doesn't not brushing teeth repulse them in a way? I'm glad no one has voted "No" so far. If they're telling the truth that is -__-

When I was young, up until I was about 10, I only ever cleaned my teeth if I was going somewhere nice. That's how I was brought up. Since then I've been cleaning my teeth once a day; in the mornings. Now and again, I clean them at night as well though.

Of course :ness: Bad breath ans mingin teeth are horrible

I have a guy in work, an older guy and his teeth are all rotten. Its obvious he never brushes as his breath stinks aswell. Talking to him you kinda have to angle your head away and make sure your not standing down wind :ness:

Twice a day, sometimes after i eat too. I don't know how or why some just don't do it at all, you'd think they'd rather have teeth than dentures but to each their own i suppose. I just finished brushing them not too long ago lol

I brush in the morning, use mouthwash in the afternoon and brush again in the evening. I just think oral hygiene is important. :gonk: You can tell a lot about a person just from having a conversation with them, and I'm pretty sure that includes how their teeth look and how their breath smells.

I brush my teeth a lot. Too much, I think. I hate having a gross-feeling mouth. Morning breath is the worst. I brush my teeth before (and sometimes after) I eat a meal and before bed.

Every day, in sections.

By sections, I mean, for example:

"Corner of the mouth, bottom row, back of the teeth"
"Next space over, bottom row, back of teeth"
Then, once I finish that all the way across, it's the same thing on top of the bottom teeth, then on the front of the teeth, and then the same procedure for the top row of teeth, etc...

If only once a day, I count measures (1&2&3&4&) per section of my mouth.

I prefer twice a day. In which case, I cut the measures to 2& per section.

I hate the "cruddy" feeling of teeth. It's disgusting and bothersome. If I don't brush my teeth, it gets to me. So I like to take care of it.

That being said, I do not floss. No. I fail at flossing, so I refuse to do it, because I don't like to fail... Just kidding, sort of.
