Most of it is freakin retarded to us Americans too. This video makes my brain hurt, Mad TV died after the first 2 seasons and I can't believe they keep going with it.

In living Color and the OLD SNL had quite a bit more humor than this.

It is slightly amusing, because as Cassino pointed out, there really are people out there like that, and if you've ever met one it's funny to see this, but I can also see how someone else would view it and not see any humor. Seems more of an experience thing to me.
