Multiple Platforms Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2

I know a lot of people that are going to buy the new COD. Im just curious which forum members are going to buy it as well.
As for me this will probably be the last COD ever.


Im mainly buying this for zombies mode, but I still remember the great days when I used to play MW2 and Black Ops with Oxide Big Casino Harlequin Toshiya Ryan Jimalingaling Lilith JayJay (we need you back Jay ) Raul and AL.

Absolutely. Like you, this will more than likely be my last dip into the COD pond. The series is showing signs of slowing down now, but it doesn't mean that fragging your friend into a millions pieces isn't ridiculously fun.

I'll be getting it for PS3, what about you, Ohri?

I have to schedule my time wisely with work and study but that shouldnt be a problem overall hopefully. Big Casino yeah yesterday was fun bro I still hate the map though xD we would have done way better in call of the dead lol.

@Black Ops 2 when it releases I probably wont play Black Ops and MW3 either. Dedication to one game only.

Its always fun to go back to an older CoD once a new one comes out. Mainly cuz its the bad players who are left Blops is full of terribles. When it was the newest cod game i doubt i could get chopper gunner and dogs using the olympia shotgun

And same here man im back at work monday and dont get home til around 4.30 ish when im not working overtime. Hopefully we can have a few more matches this weekend or something though. I shouldve stuck with my usual kino strategy. Insteead of staying in that theater you gotta run round. That stair case before you get the mp40 is a great place for lining the zombies up. And you can run away easily if you get overwhelmed.

I'll add you both at some point today. Looking forward to the release of it now, had kind of forgotten about it up until this point. I don't like the single player aspect of it either, it's all about the multi-player.

Also, don't worry, I'm actually decent so I should at least give you a good game

Also when you add me leave a note saying that its you. I get a lot of random friend invites when i play certain online games etc.

I always play campaign before the multiplayer. Gives me a look at the weapons and its been a while since i played cod multplayer so the campaign gets my shot back on target and i can find my sensitivity and button layout etc. But the main reason is i actually really enjoy the campaigns Blops was by far my favourite. Il never forget going down the river on the hover craft thing when sympathy for the devil by the rolling stones starts playing. One of the coolest things ive seen/heard in cod. Soap always gunna be my favourite character. What can i say other than hes scottish like me but hes a badass aswell. A real ''manly man''

I actually like the single player, hahaha It was pretty great in MW, though I didn't really follow in in BO. Even Activision said it didn't really make a lot of sense in BO, though, so meh

After hemming and hawing about it since I'm not working at the moment

I've decided to trade in a couple of my games and a friend of mine has decided to lend me some money so I can get Black Ops 2
It'll be fun to join the FFF crew once again for another run of CoD. I have many fond memories of playing with you guys a couple of summers ago. I'm sure Ryancakes and Oxide will get it, so with all of us that will leave us with a supacrew

I'll be getting it, for PS3 of course, at the minute my PS3 isn't connected to the net because of a problem with the socket in my accommodation but hopefully that'll be sorted soon.

a quick google search tells me its out on the 13th. it should be good im looking forward to the reintro of zombies. i think this will be my last one im finding it difficult to motivate myself to game these days even when i do have the time i say that watch me no life it as soon as i get it

Jeff my bro you always played other shit than BO with us well most of the time lol.
Ive seen some footage of the MP maps and interesting shit they showed:

Thermal scoped shows orange coloured enemies.
Camouflage as perk.
Quickscope is much harder now.
Awesome new weapons.

What I hate though is the fact MP7 has made its way from mw3 to BO2
MP7 with a surpressor attached is disgusting!

I think tomahawk, ballistic knife and crossbow bolt is back.
They apparently improved the sound of weapons overall. Cant confirm tht yet obviously.

Zombies three modes:
Tranzit (campaign mode where you have to go through a certain route to progress)
Survival survive countless of waves etc.
4 vs 4 (last member alive and his team wins)

Well, after a bit of playing, I've ran the roller coaster of emotions that is Black Ops 2.

First off, the freezing issue is really annoying. Numerous people have their PS3 locking up randomly while playing (usually during some mundane processing periods), if this happens at the wrong time, well....get ready to spend the next few hours completely reformatting your HDD. It's happened to me seven times now. Yes, exactly seven.

Off bat, my stomach knotted up and I felt like I had made a mistake as I started playing and came to a sudden realization along the lines of "Fuck me, this is more like MW3 than blops." That feeling continued for the rest of my session, intensifying between the waiting times of my PS3 checking for corruption after another seize up. Ending my time of Blops2 with the rest of FFF for the night, I really regretted getting the game.

Later on, I decided to take another swing on my own as I couldn't sleep and had another hour before I had to start getting ready. This time, the shock was obviously much less and I let my guard (more so my expectations) down. It didn't take long before I could feel the blopsy kernel under all that MW3 goop. The spirit was still there, it just takes time to dig that sucker out. Gotta say now, I like the game.

Also, they fixed the gun sounds No more pea shooters
