The text did it for me. The combination of fonts is great, and the color scheme is appealing as well.

3 without a doubt. It just looks cleaner, neater, and less pixelated than the other two.

Entry #3 is cleaner and looks more professional than the other two. Therefore, it gets my vote.

I'm going for number 3, mainly because of the text. I like how they used two different fonts because it really makes it stand out. The colors used make it a very eye-catching avi as well.
