Number 5 definitely. Really nice lighting on it. There's an attractive simplicity about it.

1 is too grainy, 2 is alright, 3 is too crowded and 4 is too bright.

I'm stuck between 1 and 3 but I've decided to go for one, purely because the stock and text just work together so well.

I voted for #1. If it didn't have the grainy texture, it would have been a perfect avatar. But, it was still my favorite. Working text into an avatar is difficult [for me at least], so I give the creator kudos on that avatar.

I feel it has the cleaner stock of the five and the colour scheme flows well with the effects.

I voted for #1 because it's text and it's image go very well together, despite the graininess in the avatar. It's well put together, and in my opinion, it deserves to be the winner for the first AOTW.

These are all nice entries. I was torn between 3 and 5. The effects on the background on number 3 is quite attractive. And that heart is a cute addition. 5 was also good in a way that it's simple but kept that great style as well. It was a close call, but in the end it's 3 for me.

Anyway, I'm going for #1 even though all are great entries the use of effects in #1 are kept simple but what swayed me the most is that the text/font top it off for me =]

Because it just mixes well together, if it didn't all that grainy stuff it'd be better. But i rather like the text of it ^^.

I vote number 3.The colors are nice and it's quite interesting.

Why not vote the other avatar:#1:It was my second favorite but #3 is better in my opinion.
#2on't understand what's going on in that avatar.
#4:It's stretched(the stock),that's what it ruined it for me.
#5:It's nice and simple,but it could've been nicer.

Voting for #3. I was torn between 3 and 5 because I love the affects used in that one as opposed to the more simple feeling in 5. The heart really drew me in on 3. So #3 for me.

I like number 3 for the Dark Magician Girl, but the best avatar up there is number 5. Great lighting. Simple and easy to look at.

Despite its graniness, I'm going for 1.
2 is a bit obscure, 3 is too crowded, Kairi isn't blended in well enough in 4 (you can see a dark outline around her) and the size of the character in 5 looks a bit warped.
