theres no special tecnique to it, Its just a stroke. The font itself is like that
Hahahah, no... I think what you meant is if you change your own thread title, it won't show up as that outside of it, right? That's either a one time thing where you can change the thread name yourself, unless that was removed, and only mods can do it. Jay can permanently change it for you though if you don't wanna make a new Gallery.
