  • Just getting into it now, basically it goes Current Story > Skin-man > Wind through the keyhole < Skin-man < Current story. The skin-man stuff is amazing so far, but the prose is less heavy than DT if that makes any sense. Not sure how the tale in the middle will be though, kinda worried it'll be dull tbh =[

I expect it to end with roland in a causal loop time horning the dark tower...ka is a wheel
That's a girl that did it, which is even better. Dat look at the end, phwoar

Read the wind through the keyhole yet?
wow seriously :lew: no i just payed first class hahahahaha. You can can give me a nice thank you btw. And be sure to tell me what you think after you watch it. I am positive yu will like it though :ryan: I wasnt sure of your name at first i was thinking is it dave pooley or david. Oh well hel know its for him anyway. I will pick up another copy in a case from entrtainment exchange for 50p. Thats how much it sells there for.
I have 2 copies cuz i wanted the city of men and they were selling both films together in hmv for £5 or 3.99 each so i thought why not. Theres also a series called the city of men by the same folk which i own also but have yet to see. I really want a fresh mind so im not comparing it t the city of god.
Sent out the city of God. Had to go to the chemist to get tablets for PAS and the post office is in the same building. Cuz im such a nice dude and all i sent you my copy with the case and everything as its a dvd everything movie geek should own.

You need my return address for the £29.99 charge? Or you want paypal
    I'm sorry! :rage:

ugh, :okay: i completely forgot about spoilers. i'll be sure to not do it anymore.

    sorry again :sad3:
that was the hardesdt sig ive had to make in forever. I even had to render him out -____- glad you like it though.

Losing all that weight would fucking suck but putting it all back on would be the best months of your life :ohoho: I would just live off of wotsits, mackies ice cream, caburys gruit and nut and ofc. Chinkies :ryan:
Aye it was all just illusions caused by his guilt i suppose. Thats some amount of weightloss though, kinda scary really when your looking at him shirtless. Good point that aswell about the twist being overdone nowadays.

I dunno if ive mentioned the film Oldboy to you but if your looking for a film with a great twist watch that. I figured it out long before the end so it didnt have the impact on me it had on others but none the less its a great film and holds i think an 8.4 on IMDB. Its a korean film so its in subtitles obviously. Sadly Hollywood is remaking it. Scheduled for release next year starring Samuel L Jackson. Directed by Spike Lee who im not a fan of.
Yup and what happened to the dudes hand :ahmed:

Lathes are scary machines. Sometimes the swarf cuttings will fling up and go down the back of your boilersuit and lemme tell you that is hot as hell. Did you like the film?
I was meant to be at work today but was lyinh awake at 4;30 am and i need to get up 5.30 :(

So had about 2 hours sleep
I think i fell asleep whilst chatting about football in the sb :lew:

Thats the last thing i remember doing before i woke up 20 mins ago :wacky:
Yeah the Deoarted has Dcaprio in it along with the legendary Jack Nicholson and ehhhh.....matt damon and mark wahlberg. Directed by Scrosese aswell whos maybe my favourite director ever. Definitely worth a watch. Savin private ryan is a great film even though matt damons in it D:

Oh and no country for old men was awesme. The ending seemed a bit anti climatic but it was a great film.
    Sapning dude?

Seen any good flicks lately? I watched no country for old men the other night. Thats a damn good film. I rewatched the departed aswell. I never loved it when i first saw it but this time around i was way more into it. Mark wahlbergs character is such a dickhead. It kinda made me like him as an actor....

Matt damon can still go suck a willy tho. Picked up another 10 films today from entertainment exchange. One of which was chopper. Ive hears its good :hmmm:
Liam Neeson has maybe a total of 15 minutes screentime? If even that tbh which is really disappointing seeing as hes the best actor in the film.

You probably know like yourself i dont tend to pay as much as a tenner for a dvd unless its a boxset or something like that but i bought battleships in Edinburgh whilst i was feeling flush. Wait til its nice and cheap. Its not a bad film but its not great either. I suppose you could say its forgettable.

I havent watched District 9 yet. Is it good? I watched LA confidential last night which is an absolutely amazing film. Its become one of my favourites. I also watched uhh Animal factory? It stars Willem Dafoe and Edward Furlong. Set in a prison. Dafoe plays the hardman of the prison and takes Furlong under his wing. I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. Wasnt one of those prison films that are brutal and violent for the sake of it. It was a very enjoyable movie.
Naw just good old regular dvd. Its a cool shop. Not like the usual 2nd hand shops that still sell stuff for ridiculous prices.

    Have you seen Battleships :wacky:?
Do you have a shop called entertainment exchange down where you are? One opened up here and its the most amazing shop in the world. It sells new and mostly used games, dvds and Cds. I got 2 disk special edition fight club ( to go along with my regular copy and bluray) in this cool case for £3. I got the day after 2moro special edition in holographic case for 75po :rage: District 9 for 75p :rage: They were all like new aswell. The cases had no marks and the disks ofc were perfect. Its like shopping in a physical amazon.
If heaven is a shop then its entertainment exchange.
Did you know he based it off the King of Gypsies? I can see why people might not like it, but I just thought it was perfect. I was worried we'd get a growly 'tough guy #2' type voice. It w ould work best as a TV show, with a book per season. The fourth book would be tough to do though, people might not like the change in cast.

I read the Empire one and I'm pretty excited for it, their main problem was that it couldn't decide whether it should be gritty and realistic or embellish history. Looper looks absolutely fucking amazing though. He looks different because they wanted him to look like a young Bruce Willis
