that's ok. i haven't been on much lately either. besides, i've pretty much spoken to every ff7 fan and they can't really explain this issue. their answers are well written and stuff but they just don't provide an explanation for this question. it's usually just assumptions or people's opinions. seems square has really stumped the fandom with this inconsistency.

Caitlin, I've come to realize the immaturity of our previous disagreement, and I would greatly appreciate the chance of a reconciliation between you and I. We, of course, said some things I'm sure we both probably greatly regret and wish to take back, so I sincerely hope we can clear the waters and get back to being efefef pals, or at the very least, good acquaintances again.

I'm doing this openly because my inbox is full and I can't be bothered to clean it just yet. Anyway, I hope it's been good!

Yeah, keeping a story interesting with the same 3 characters must be hard to do for game writer. It also must be hard keeping all together, and not turning it into one big mess (Kingdom Hearts). Rental movies? I think the last movie we rented was a Veggie Tales movie back in 2003. I asked them to get the VHS for me, but I didn't even watch it. XD We mostly use Netflix now though. Sometimes we'll use the "Order on release day" thing on cable. Aww man, I can only imagine how bad that feeling must have been. You're right about fleshing out the ideas. I should as much as I can at that very moment that I think it up.

Mass Effect 2? I've seen those games around before, and I thought they looked pretty sick! The covers are definitely attractive. I totally agree with that. Once I get an idea, have to start writing it. Or else things will change or I'll just forget it completely. Oh, believe me, I've been trying since I first got into FF in late 2011, to score a copy of FFVII. It sucks that it costs so much. Plus, I don't have a PS3, so I can't buy it off of there either. I'm still trying though. Having a scrap file seems like a great idea! The pieces of writing would also be a big plus, because I could go back to it after a few weeks and read about what it was originally like. Not just a title.

Hmm.... Sounds like it must be a great game. I never played FFVII, but I read up on the story and watched AC, and I really like all of the characters. So if that game has you thinking up more ideas, it must be great! XD Also, that sounds hilarious (Cloud going clothes shopping XD). Admittedly, I haven't been into games much lately. I start one up, and just stop. It's happened with FFVI, FFX, FFVIII, and FFXIII. All within the past 6 months. Anyway, my ideas are getting better for the IKEA story. I'll start it up tomorrow. I just hope I don't forget my ideas by then. (I'm very OCD when it comes to writing down every single thing, because I worry I'll forget everything.)

I know what you mean . I had a whole different story written up, but eventually I just lost track of everything and ended up with probably a few thousand words, and that was only for one part of it. I ended just going through with it anyway, since I wanted to write the story for a long time now. So I'm working on that, as well as this Birthweek thing. >_> Also you brought up having to compromise for word count, which I really didn't want to do either. Anyway, after being outside most of the day, I only came up with one other potential idea, being stuck in IKEA. >_>

Ahh.... I see. Is the writing that you're doing, the one that you mentioned in your latest thread? XD I am doing good. I am still trying to come up with something to write for the Birthweek writing competition. Everything I'm thinking up has weed in it, and it's just not a good topic for a short story . XD
