What are the orange rectangles for??

Those wee orange rectangles beneath your username, some members have 2.
When you lay the mouse cursor over them they say things like lagunas dream has an aura about. Or such and such is a diamond in the rough. Looked and couldnt find out what they were so i thought id ask. Mods?

Everyone has a set amount of Rep Points which are determined by how much someone has positive or negative repped posts you've made throughout the forum.

A person can only give out a set amount of rep per day (10 times a day?). Every so many times you get repped, your Rep Power goes up or down.

Once you hit 100 Rep Points you will get your 2nd Rep Orange Box. I'm guessing you get a box for every 100 Rep Points you get.
 
Whats the button on the far right? I dont have that one

Also, the orange one, is just how high your rep is, hover your cursor over it, and it'l say some shit like 'lagunas dream has a spectacular aura about' its basically just an ego trip, the more orange blobs, the higher your rep...I keep getting neg rep, bastards xD

but i noticed aztec has 2 orange thingys while kerrigan has one and his rep power is higher. :huh:
 
Because Aztec has recieved more rep than Kerrigan then, YOu give other people the rep, mines really low, because I keep getting neg repped, whereas Busta and Aztec are OBVIOUSLY wankers and are paying people to rep them xDDD
 
Bullshit. I have some epic junk. I remember you giving me rep for my FFXII help topic, and Riku repping me for the period topic!

The last two buttons Kerrigan showed are for infractions and IP addys, if I remember correctly. I thought all mods could see IPs in their section but maybe not.

But yea, Busta's exactly right. Once you hit 100 you get two orange bars. Apparently I'm a prick but everyone still loves my posts. Just no one will ever fucking say it publicly. Meanies.

That one means no one has repped you yet really. Then there is spectacular aura, then jewel in the rough.
What is says is dependant one how many times you have been repped which you can see in your User CP.

Then went on a repping spree last night cos... there was an SB rep orgy :cassy:

100 reps... can't be THAT hard to hit, surely >_>

I thought it started as "unknown quantity" or something then it went to "distinguished road" ect...

I want to know what rep power is....Is it the amount of rep points you give when you rep someone or what?
 
I believe Rep Power is how much rep you give someone, yeah. At least, that's what I've been told.

xD So the more people rep you, the more rep power you get to rep them back! Awesome cycle right there.
 
Any rep given by banned members gets taken away it seems. I have a grey box in my rep list and my points seem to have been deducted by a few.

But 100? fuck, I'm halfway there...
