Like, on the elbow-bone and tip toes? Or just really the underside of your forearms and your toes when they're bent back? The best thing to do is support yourself on your elbows and toes for about fifteen minutes a day.

Hah. Doesn't it feel great though? You should try the Perfect Push-ups. It works wonders! I did 10 at first, then 7 on my next set, and another 7. The next day my whole body was aching, even my abs.
I have a friend who joined the army and they make you do that for 15 minutes.Hmm, another effective workout is to place your back against the wall, spread your legs wide, but not too wide...then lower yourself about a foot. So basically, you'd be supporting your whole body with your legs. Good thigh work-out. It's a pain and I only lasted a little over five minutes.

~STUPID QUESTION ALERT!!!~
Do you have to be able to do a regular push-up to use it?
not only is the question stupid, my English looks a little offno, wait I'm right...wait...I can't tell...

they have a kinda chair specifically designed for sit ups. But because they suck, hold a weight behind your head, however heavy you can manage, i suggest you start at about 10 kgs
I wasnt pro tho, but I must have been doing something right.
