i just finished doing 50 squats. they hurt like shit >_< but they'll get easier as I go, and then I'll have muscley legs and rock hard abs, just like Zack.

Hah. Doesn't it feel great though? You should try the Perfect Push-ups. It works wonders! I did 10 at first, then 7 on my next set, and another 7. The next day my whole body was aching, even my abs.

Um squats are not gonna get it.
i've never done squats before............ I've always bench press.

EDIT: squats do work, 0m1, you can really feel it in your legs!

The best thing to do is support yourself on your elbows and toes for about fifteen minutes a day.

15 minutes? That's torture. Even if it wasn't painful, I'd hate having to sustain that position for so long.

I'll give it a try right now...out of curiousity.

...

God! That's intense. How do you do that for 15 minutes, dude? My whole body started shaking after 4 minutes. I'll stick with crunches, I think.

Edit: The best way to get into shape = jogging. Seriously.

running is the best execise. they made me do it in football practice two years ago. Five sprints on a football field. Now thats leg burn!

I'm afraid to try...oh, what the hell...here goes...

I'm ashamed...I only lasted 1 1/2 min! how tha fuck can you do that shit for 9 minutes!

whew, I need you as my coach, Pools. you can push me to the limit, right?

Oh I remember doing that right after my pregnancy. xD I didn't last for 15 minutes, but it was certainly over 7 minutes.

Hmm, another effective workout is to place your back against the wall, spread your legs wide, but not too wide...then lower yourself about a foot. So basically, you'd be supporting your whole body with your legs. Good thigh work-out. It's a pain and I only lasted a little over five minutes.
