are you having fantasies about tifa again :ahmed:

It's horrible.

I tried playing it again about a month ago and had to quit. It's so slow :| The graphics look like vomit on the screen and I don't even usually care about graphics

Also that fucking O is the confirm button and X is cancel. Fuck off with that.

how could you like this.....

How could you not? Game is awesome. You can change the X and O buttons, so quit bitching, Toni!! Chuck. :wacky:

I got very sentimental when I heard music again, so... :sad3: Love that game to bits.

You can :O Oh man wish I knew that...it's always tough to switch your automatic mindset button picking skills

nerd :hmph:

I know you can change them. It doesn't change before you continue your game each time tho which is still a pain in the arse.

It was good game for its time but it's aged terribly in my opinion. Not bitching. That's just how it is for me.

I find FFVII's graphics easier to look at than FFVIII's.

And the music is still cool to me. :sad2:

The first FF game I've played. Love FF7, but that's as simple as it gets, and I prefer to keep it that way. No sense in getting into heated debates about the game or characters; I loved it for what it was, still do. And I think that's part of the reason I can't discredit the game despite its flaws - there's something nostalgic about it, it isn't just a game for me, but rather a piece of my youth and memories collectively speaking. A connection that introduced me to RPGs and games that I can appreciate for what it was at its time. Those are the best kind, the ones that pulled you in and the reasons why you still play and enjoy games, old and new alike, whatever genre that may be.

i'm thinking of getting/playing FFVI, i heard it super good, soo I should give it a try :lew:

Love the game but it has aged absolutely horribly graphic wise. Even the cut scenes look like shit. Compare them to the ff8 and ff9 cutscenes and they just look so bad.

That being said it does almost everything right so it still stands up as an amazing game. Not to mention it brought RPGs to the the top of the gaming world and paved the way for so many great games in its following. Like mentioned the music is brilliant, and thats something that doesnt age. Unless its that 8 bit nes poop. That can fuck right off.

Im not on the side of a remake, i never have been. Not saying i wouldnt buy it (hell yeah i would ) but i think its fine how it is, terrible graphics and all. I kinda get annoyed at the rants of gamers who bitch at square enix for not doing a remake. You should just be appreciative of a company thats made so many good games. Shame theyre a bit poop now :(
